Loved the swim out room

It’s hard to get out of the pool without ladders to the balcony

The rooms do need a little tlc but were clean and the service from the staff was excellent. We had a couple of issues during our stay and they were very helpful in resolving them. Would happily stay there again.

A favourite place for us to stay in Cairns. Location is perfect as can walk Main Street. Lots of eating and shopping options. Perfect if you want to walk everywhere.

Good value, and location of hotel excellent. Room, pool and hotel in general in need of some love, maintenance and renovation.

Lovely stay, beautiful relaxing pool area, staff were fantastic and accommodating and location couldn't be more convenient.

This was perfect for us; the location is the best, as there's no need to drive to the shops since it is in the middle of town. The pool areas are excellent. We will come back again in the future.

Great location in the village surrounded by shops and restaurants, and a short walk to the marina and 4 mile beach. The pools at the complex were fab too.

The room was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. The staff at reception were friendly and polite.

Never Staying Here Again Giving 3 stars only because the bed and pillows were decent — but the rest was a mess. I asked staff if I could heat the room and they told me it was possible — but later I found out the system only cools, no heating at all. When I called guest services for help, they told me to “just play with it” or search online. We were cold and sick, so I requested blankets — but after 5 PM, all requests cost $25 because there’s no staff on-site. That’s outrageous. I ended finding them by myself the staff does not even know them have them. The elevator doesn’t reach all floors, so I had to carry heavy luggage up stairs. None of this is disclosed on their site, nor the fact that there’s no support after hours. For the price we paid (not cheap!), there was:    •   No cleaning for 3 days    •   No extra towels    •   Loud music at night    •   Dirty carpets Eddie at reception was helpful, but the woman at guest services was careless and unhelpful. Never staying here again. This place charges hotel prices with zero service.

We have stayed at Mantra Heritage on a number of occasions and will continue to return , staff are warm and friendly and it is so conveniently located

The property was in a very handy location. A walk to everywhere, like the shops, the Marina, resturants.

In Port Douglas for a family wedding, could not have found a more convenient location, whether it was for a run, a walk to the marina, local football ground, just perfect!!!

The property needs an update. I could not get a ice and an ice bucket. Room service only avaible if booked for five days or more
