Great room, staff and breakfast! Coffee beans need to improve as my latte tasted like brewed coffee. An observation and not a criticism - my room was cold but the bedding (Doona etc.) was superb! I did turn the temp up and move the mode to ‘heat’ but the system was determined to do its thing! I would gladly stay here again - the staff were especially terrific from the warm greeting last night, the welcome at breakfast this morning to being dropped off that the airport by a genuinely courteous gentleman - awesome!

The Tasmanian salmon in the restaurant was from frozen and dry. For $42 you'd expect fresh Tasmanian salmon in Tasmania.
Just aweful.
The room was spacious and clean.
The reception staff very helpful.
I prebooked a 13CABS taxi with reception for 4.30am. It sent me a confirmation, but never arrived. When i checked the taxi app at 4.35am it showed the trip as completed! I then called an uber which arrived within 6 minutes for mt trip to the airport.

Good room and excelent staff and customer service. Main reason it is this rating instead of full marks is no airport shuttle available despite what it said on the hotel details. Had to walk the 2kms to the airport which was annoying.

Staff were friendly and welcoming, particularly the man running breakfast. A confusing time I’m certain having transferred from travelodge to mantra, however our upgrade to an executive suite was ‘oversold’ and we were not notified until arrival. The TV also was quite difficult to use with apple devices (very first world problem)

No shuttle bus to the airport as stated in the hotel info. Booked a room with jacuzzi but the bath plug was missing, couldn’t use the e tube at all. There was no ventilation in the bathroom. Overall a very bad experience

The stay was ok but trying to get transport to the airport was a nightmare. Please pre-book transport a day ahead to the airport, especially if you have an early morning flight, as the hotel does not run a shuttle anymore. My family and I could not get a taxi or uber, as the drivers kept cancelling. Probably because the trip was short. We had to push our luggage for 1.3 km to the airport and nearly missed our flight,

Our flight was late, so our arrival to the hotel was later than anticipated. Desk clerk seemed annoyed. Key did not work, which annoyed the desk clerk even more so. Highway noise is noticeable. Did not use the restaurant or any amenities. Check out desk people were friendly and cheerful.

Staff were very friendly. Reception is open to 2300hrs so this really helped with our late delayed flight.
There was a bit of confusion regarding the checkout time though. Staff said 1000hrs but my booking confirmation said 1100hrs. They were ok with the 1100hrs checkout

Well maintained and clear, with good sized rooms and guest laundry ($10 a load). Good place to land from a late flight in or an early flight out, but not much around of interest.
