Such friendly service by every single administrator behind the counter. Nothing was hard. This is always my go to accomadation when im in Brisbane...

Room was tired and dirty, but spacious

Great size property,the parking fee per night is hefty especially when you have to listen to construction noise 24hrs a day. A topper on the mattreas would defs make a difference. Overall a pleasant stay

The location of the property was fantastic with regards to walking distance to Star Casino, Queen Street mall and Southbank. A short uber trip to and from the domestic airport. Great views towards the river and casino. Dislikes were having the AC locked to a certain temperature, no TV in the main bedroom.

It was good, not great. Lots of strange smells

The rooms were great however the construction through out the night was unbearable, made sleeping challenging.

I was greeted warmly and made to feel very welcome, which is a nice way to commence the experience! :) The room contained generous supplies also!

Great stay in Brisbane CBD

The property is an older building and did display some signs of the years of wear, however the location and conditions and level of comfort was really great. As an older couple the only presenting issue for us was having to climb over a very high bath to access the shower for daily use. Kind regards JJ

The bathroom shower/bath combo was an accident waiting to happen. The height of the bath and the awkwardness of actually getting into the bath/shower was terrible. My husband has a back injury and getting into the bath was very hard. I fear that my elderly parents would have no hope in even attempting to get into bathe. Very dangerous and not practical at all. Not for anyone. There was only one dinner plate, not enough crockery for two people to have a meal. However, the location of Mantra was convenient for our weekend away. The communication from Mantra to advise there were no parking available on site prior to arriving was helpful but disappointing.

This old run down and not worth staying at!

Everything was very clean

Amazing central location, friendly reception team, great communications with the reservations team. Sadly the abundance of stains on the carpet and condition of the sofa really let us down. The sofa was so tired and stained I did not want my kids to sit on it. Sadly these two points let down the overall stay and for the price it was a surprise to encounter such defects.

The unit was extremely expensive for what it was.

The room was fine but dated and basic. Comfortable bed, terrible pillows. Lots of construction happening around the area. Expensive accommodation for what you get.

First room was very average and uninviting particularly the rollout bed that resembled a hospital stretcher. Purchased the upgraded room which presented much better however bathroom door handle failed locking my wife in for 20 minutes causing all sorts of stress (a big thank you to your maintenance man). Construction noise ran well into Friday night and resumed very early Saturday morning. After a late work function and little sleep we left early. Feel free to contact me to discuss. Many thanks, Chris
