Room was spacious, modern facility, clean and comfortable. Only negative was we were on the front of the building so could hear traffic noise but wasn’t a big issue.

Réception à horaires limités. Bon accueil. J'ai eu droit à un verre de bienvenue et 10% de réduction sur le menu si pris au bar de l'hôtel. Les chambres sont à l'étage, mais si on accède au parking à l'arrière elles sont accessible par une rampe depuis le parking. Je n'étais de passage à Atherton que pour une nuit, mais j'ai découvert que beaucoup de gens étaient ici pour le festival de Yungaburra à proximité. La moquette dans les couloirs et chambres est un peu ancienne et sent la poussière, mais la chambre est propre. Chambre et salle de bains sont grandes. La chambre, pour une fois, possède un bon nombre de prises électrique et même un port USB. Par contre le débit internet est faible, et s'est même arrêté de fonctionner.

Great clean, spacious room with great facilities. I would like to see some window frosting on the window in room 17 so you can't be seen by people walking up and down the street behind.

This hotel was booked for its location for a function I needed to attend and walk back from. I expected exactly what I got when entering, however the room was surprising. It was modern and very clean. The beds were amazingly comfortable and obviously new...pillows were also great. Dont be fooled by appearance, this hotel was everything I needed in the room and staff. Recommend it.

Great location, huge rooms, clean, balcony room was a bonus

5 of us stayed across 2 rooms for the night. From 12pm to after 5am there was a party occurring across the hallway from us. Loud voices, banging on walls & doors, music playing, people coming and going for hours on end from this one room. We did not actually get to sleep at all. Unfortunately there was no one to contact, no one appeared to help or shut down this party. At one stage I opened the door to see what was going on, and I could see into the room where the party was occurring, jam packed with people. The next morning before we left, we heard multiple other guests complaining, all stating the same thing. I have never experienced anything like this in my life, at a hotel. Upon checking out, the receptionist was aware and offered an apology, we understood there was most likely nothing she could do for us, however, I believe that every guest staying in that hallway should be offered a partial refund, at least. What made us irritated, is that a lot of us guest affected, we’re changing hotels for the next night as it was not a choice to go through that again the next night, but the guests who did this, were allowed to sleep in and continue their stay. They should have been woken up, and made to leave. They also left a ridiculous mess in the public amenities areas. Absolutely disgusting and we will unfortunately not be staying here again, as we overheard that this has happened with other guests on numerous occasions. Apparently they have a “banned” guest list.
