The room had not been cleaned completely. Extensive amount of cobwebs on the ceiling and the toilet was obviously not cleaned which I had to do prior to using it.

The check in was easy, the unit was clean and comfortable some maintainence was needed but the meals and security were excellent. We would stay there again.

Great price

Photos did not match the property. Located in a out-of-the-way place, 2km walk to city centre and amenities/shopping. Rooms very noisy with a lot of sound leak through doors. Typical Nightcap quick refresh but building itself was very, very tired.

There was a welcoming committee of abusive drunks and bar flies outside the pub and drive through entrance, who do not mind abusing people for nothing at all, as they walk past minding their own business, just to get to reception to check-in. Check in at the main public bar is mostly unattended, until one of the pub staff happens to notice you. Food is pretty ordinary, but it is fairly simple to order using the bar code and arrives in a timely fashion. The gate to the actual hotel accommodation part is mostly unlocked, so not secure from the public bar and many homeless, or at least aimless people hanging around. The pool is green / brown and unusable, with all of the surrounds unkept. The hotel is right on the main highway north south and there is nothing easily accessible around it, as it is basically an all-industrial area, apart from the seedy pub itself, that the accommodation is attached to.
