Great little place for the price. Hotel next door is lovely and room service and food was fantastic

Room was ok. Food was the usual pub fare. Staff nice. Issue with trucks parking in car park as they are noisy and disturbed sleep. Beware.

Great value for money, good communication. Simple room - some small touches like better/bigger pillows and improvements to shower/basin drain would be great but overall very happy for 1 night cheap stay.

It was a bit run down but perfect for a short stay. Check in was easy and having a pub next door is very convenient. Noise levels weren’t a problem and bed was nice

They lock the hotel at 12am in night. I forgot keys in room. Nowhere to go until in morning 10 am. Maybe everyone in Australia knows this and it was clearly written at hotel’s door but for someone who is visiting Australia, it could be a terrible experince.

Nice staff and good food . Clean room but shower head is too low to stand under .

Very frustrating stay. The room seemed great when I walked in - then I took a closer look. The worst thing was the bed - the 'king bed' was two singles pushed together, which is a huge no no and deceptive advertising. The shower was fine, but the shower head was fixed far too low - anyone over 5' 9" would need to stoop or hit their head. The area wasn't great - the view out my back window was trucks continually coming and going all day. Finally, it was disappointing to have cleaning staff trying to move me on at 10am when I was staying another night (and had the don't disturb sign on the door) - both training & guest records need to be much better.

I had to stay in this hotel ( more like a lodge) because there’s no other option for me in the area. Only 9 rooms in total in this hotel. You enter from a pub, they check you in in the bar area by the restaurant staff (no proper reception). Sound insulation is terrible, i can hear very clearly the next room talk, which is so annoying. The room itself is super basic, furnitures are old. Cleanliness is below standard, stains on the tea cup and bedsheets, toilet sink. Lotsssss of insects, moths, and unknown small flies. Dusts are everywhere. Staffs are alright. But don’t expect anything hotel standard. The only reason I have to stay here is cus I don’t drive and need to visit somewhere around in early morning. Paid ~aud140-150/ night is definitely not worth it. I’d rather stay somewhere and use and uber sigh.

It was perfect for me as I am a solo traveler out of Bankstown Airport.

Clean, tidy and a great pub with a very good menu. Very pleasant staff.

Good place to spend the night, service was excellent

Good value although I was given a room right next to the restaurant/bar and it was really loud until 12 so it was hard to sleep. There were creaky doors and the car park outside was noisy when the restaurant emptied.

We had a pre check in online which on arrival made it so much easier. The manager of the motel was helpful and friendly.

Great price and close to where we needed to be.

All the doors need some lubricaton on the hinges…. Internal and external doors…such a simple quick fix will deliver a better experience.
