The room was clean, spacious and included the amenities that you want (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, tea/coffee, iron, hairdryer, wifi, aircon, tv, fridge). The venue is quite old but they have maintained it to be a worthy place to stay. And, I would stay here again. Across from Doncaster Shoppingtown ... means easy access to restaurants (cafe's and foodhall) and supermarkets. I was in an upstairs room, which had a nice little balcony that had nice views of the city and the sunset. I didn't eat at the attached pub/venue but it's literally there, so you don't have to go far to get a feed.

The room had a strong, disgusting smell on arrival. Staff confirmed it, but opening windows did not help. After a 10-hour drive with tired children, we had no choice but to stay one night and I could barely sleep. The hotel promised a refund for the remaining nights, but no staff were present the next morning despite waiting until 8:30 am, so we left without any refund. They also failed to provide a suitable room for four people until the last night. This experience ruined our holiday.

Room was great for our needs, beds comfy, location excellent for shopping at doncaster. However, barely slept until after 4am because there is an inch gap under the door of room 8 and its closest to the bistro so could hear every word of the security guards talking until the wee hours and every patron or staff that left out that door, every car that moved let alone the traffic noise. Easily rectified with some soundproofing around the door. Would be good to be able to turn off the balcony light too.

With parking close by and fabulous service, I often stay here for both business and pleasure. The restaurant food can be delivered to your room with a smile and there are supplies in the room such as bottled water, jelly beans and ‘hotel biscuits’.

Fabulous beds and block-out blinds for a great night’s sleep. You can check in any time while the gaming room is open and the staff are all very accommodating. Love it - I stay often.

Always clean and tidy. Close to shops and transport.

Great location for a night or two. Reception staff member incredibly welcoming and friendly, remembers return visitors. On site bistro has decent, inexpensive meals. Only downside is it is quite noisy at night but still excellent value for money.

Fabulous motel - best beds - very clean - complimentary water, biscuits and lollies. I checked in much later than expected and it wasn’t any problem. Love this place - they have the most comfortable beds ever.

A great check in with a lady called Mary, really lovely service. Clean, tidy simple, plus extras that you are not charged for, free parking, x2 water bottle's, x2 small cans of coke, cookies, candy canes & small pkt xmas lollies which was really nice. The bed was made up the next day by the time we got back from shopping. Dinner at the club/pub on property was really nice too & we got x2 free drinks also, as part of our 2 night stay. Fabulous sunsets & a great view of the city skyline. Very happy & would definitely stay again.

Could i nitpick a few little things? Yes, but im not going to. The bed was comfortable, the TV worked, the water was hot and the shower had good pressure . The fridge was cold and we liked the little courtyard out the back. Overall,it was a great, comfortable place to stay and would have no hesitation in staying there again or recommending it! Thank you!
