Such a great family getaway. Clean garden studio cabin, amazing pool and slide facilities, friendly staff and easy to book.

Lovely accomodation with everything we required, great staff and close to where we needed to go.

Onsite parking outside your cabin comfortable bed greats nights sleep , full sized fridge ,cabin had its own toilet and shower.great bbq and pool areas onsite food truck came Friday afternoon

Was overall happy with our 7 night stay. Friendly staff. Clean cabin overlooking the pool. Awesome pool and slide that kept the kids entertained. Our cabin wasn’t serviced when it was suppose to be but the staff were very happy to problem-shoot any issues. Would stay again in the future and recommend to other travelers.

A bit dated and basic facilities I would rate 3 stars.

Welcoming reception & family friendly facilities. No fuss check in & out. Address comes up incorrectly for Uber which was frustrating.

The guys at reception were top notch. Helpful, easy going and friendly. I will be back and definitely recommending to my family and friends.

I loved the Thursday pancake morning & fish&chips Friday night altho i was unable to participate i was chuffed thry sent an email inviting you to join & a reminder on the day. A beautiful environment

The fact that the sign says they've got activities for guests weekly too, when it said "Thursday morning breakfast pancakes" I felt 100% @ home!! The area is good near public transport & shops. I've had bad experiences at other caravan//holiday villages in the past but this was the best I've ever stayed in.

The room is a basic camping ground cabin. Not alot of room for bags. comfortable enough. But had great access to the Gold Coast public transport, and some good eating places as well. it served its purpose

Unfortunately this caravan park is very run down. Our room had no smoke detector, had just been cleaned but was still Grubby as and was riddled with mould. The playground and water slide are covered in rust. Was overall disappointed, the room for the price was a huge let down.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from ideal. The most memorable aspect of my stay was the overwhelming smell of formaldehyde in our room. After traveling for some time, we were looking forward to resting in a comfortable and inviting space, but upon entering the room, we were immediately hit with a pungent odor that made it nearly impossible to relax. It took us almost two hours of opening windows, running the ventilation system, and even using some air fresheners we had on hand to make the smell tolerable. For a hotel that claims to prioritize guest comfort, this oversight is truly disappointing. I understand that new renovations might cause such issues, but proper measures should have been taken to ensure that rooms are ready for guests before check - in. I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements to prevent future guests from having to endure a similar experience.

Fantastic location to explore Gold Coast. Close to restaurants and bus. Fantastic water slide for kids. The amenities are a little tired but shower has great hot water. Lots of staff and nice grounds.
