Clean, quiet, close to everything, staff were awesome. I plan on returning, and plan on staying nowhere else.

The room and amenities were excellent very clean, great staff, good service my family and I enjoyed our stay. I will recommend 100%. If I have the opportunity i will stay again.

The check in process was great! The room was ready ahead of schedule, and very clean. There is a funny smell-I don't know if it is the carpet. The TV did not work, but we didn't spend a lot of time trying to get someone up to fix it. The location was nice/had dinner downstairs in the restaurant first night, which was convenient. Laundry in unit was fabulous. We were in the family suite, which worked really well for our family of 5 older kids (21 year old took the single and siblings were in the second bedroom of larger unit with mom and dad). It would not work for families with smaller children because it is really two adjacent rooms with key access necessary to go back and forth. The gyms was pretty bad/poorly equipped (if that is important to you).

Bed wasn't comfortable. Microwave was difficult to use, no instructions. TV was difficult to change channels, remote was user unfriendly. Lack of bench space for meal preparation and servings

Perfect location and always nice quality of rooms.

we are return visitors and that speaks for itself. We did request a room on the northern side but this did not occur with a pass-off explanation from the desk. It was too windy to use the balcony which is spacious. the light on the balcony flickered on and off. The plug in the basin wasnt sealed. Overall maintenance of the building is very good.
