It was just ok not more or less

Basic, of course, given the pricing, but they're clean rooms with comfortable beds, solid aircon, and decent bathrooms. Friendly staff. The owners could do with spending a little re-doing the peeling paint in some spots, but that's purely cosmetic. One day the hot water was in short supply, so perhaps watch for that.

Clean room and bathroom. Staff most welcoming and helpful. Campsie main street a joy to explore with mixture of cultures and food options.

Too close to a main street with lots of traffic. Hole in the curtain, dirty lamp, tv not working, windows not keeping noise out and staff struggled to understand my complaints. The listing stated parking near by which when i asked the receptionist, he didnt have a clue. Didnt end up actually staying in the end as one room booked was ok but the other one was really disappointing.

Bar was well stocked and the staff were excellent! However my key card to the room wouldn't work. I had it reset twice and even issued a new one but in the end the master was needed in get in the room and I was essentially trapped in my room..But the staff pulled out the stops for me otherwise

Clean but Spartan. The bathroom needs a shelf as does the shower.

I enjoyed the stay and found the area very interesting great food options and safe to wander.

Tidy room, easy access to public transportation

Terrible! Stay away. Absolutely disgusting. Loud+++, gross+++, staff do not care and are aware.

This is above a bar and casino in an unsaveory neighborhood. The bed was literally dirty, head board stained, neighbors played loud music, photos very deceiving. Please don’t stay here.

A nice basic room with ammenities as you walk out the door. A suggestion is place a mini fridge in the rooms especially in summer as guests like a cold bottle of water. Otherwise it was pleasant room for the price paid.

Very clean, awesome staff and great service. Highly recommend.

It was not quite at all

Didn’t get to see the room as wife had knee replacement and couldn’t manage the stairs had to find another place for the night. The staff were sympathetic and helpful recommending an alternative hotel.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had on Expedia. Completely false advertisement I felt like I was in a prostitution house the way this building was set up. The dustiest & dirtiest room I’ve ever seen in my life. Stains on the carpet smelt like smoke. The window had broken glass. The headboard had an inch layer of dust on it. There was no elevator. We had to lug all our bags up the stairs there was a drug dealer standing outside the building all night. We walked in, turned around and decided to sleep on an airport bench until the airport opened in Sydney rather than staying in that hotel absolutely awful and disgusting. All of this was at midnight. If that doesn’t say enough, then I don’t know what will. Nobody should ever stay here. It was also in a bad area of town, but the reviews said it was great. The ad said bathroom, but when we got there, it was shared by the entire floor. There were people having sex in the room next to us and the other side blow drying their hair at midnight. If I could give this a -100 star review I would. Do not stay here ever! The owner should be ashamed.

Dirty bed and linen. No electric kettle, tissue box, complimentary such as coffee and tea

No fridge in room and No Parking close to the Hotel and No lift for disabled.

Very nice hotel for a reasonable price. I enjoyed the quiet scene even though it was on the main street
