We booked on the beach holiday apartments and were shuffled to another lot of apartments to blocks up that weren’t on the beach holiday apartments for a start and it was awful so the pictures I saw on Expedia were not the place where we stayed. We checked out a night early and paid for it anyway because we couldn’t stand it any more. The large double bed is not a large double bed. It is a double bed.. the floor was so dirty my feet were black walking from the lounge to the bathroom so we had to wash the floor twice and black water went down the bath tub and the loo. My husband went and bought dishwashing liquid and paper towel and we washed the grime of the windows onto the balcony that I couldn’t open the door. Anyway it was too stiff. It wasn’t just ray. I’ve lived on the coast all my life it was black scum that we got off the door so whether it wasn’t clean properly or nobody’s been in that unit for a long time I don’t know but we felt grubby and dirty we bought also room freshener spray. There was a chemical residue smell in the room anyway we decided on the lsecond last day. We had had enough packed our car up in an hour put the key in the box and left at 4 pm the day before we were supposed to leave. No I wouldn’t recommend staying there unless you were actually in on the beach holiday apartments which we were not.

The apartment was well presented had everything we needed for 3 nights & just across road from beach. Lots of restaurants just up the road. Italian restaurant next door

Checked in and found the room had not been cleaned. No contact number for reception as they had closed early for the day. After finally getting a hold of someone,Waited 2 hours for the insight manager to respond and resolve issue. Was given another room. Not ideal after a long day of travelling for work.

Great location across from the beach

Great location looking over the beach and not too close to the loud bar on the corner. Unit was recently renovated and well laid out. Pool area looked good but didn’t use it due to heavy rain on our stay.

部屋は清潔で必要なものは一通り揃ってます。 2ベッドルームでリビングも広く、景色もよくかなりリラックスできました。 ラップやアルミホイル、調味料は持参するのをお勧めします。 暖かい地域なので仕方ないですが、ゴキブリを二匹退治しました。 あと、エレベーターがなく3階まで階段でスーツケースを運ぶのはキツいのと、駐車場が非常に狭く、毎回車庫入れに苦労しました。

Wonderful location and great views. Very pleasant and helpful staff and all the amenities I needed. This is my second time staying and I will be back again next year.

The overall feel of the room was ok, if a little outdated and a bit poorly maintained. The cutlery drawer in the kitchen had crumbs in it. Saved by the location and view.

トリニティビーチの真ん中あたりにあります。目の前はビーチでコンビニ、カフェ、レストラン、バス停近くにあります。 アパートメンツなのでチェックイン、アウト以外はフロントによることも無く夜中でと自由に出入りできますが、鍵が一つで出る時も鍵を使うため、全員で外出か誰かが鍵を持って出て終えば他の人は出れません。これはネック。 キッチンには調味料以外の食器や鍋は全て揃ってて、食洗機、オーブン、レンジ、トースターなんでもありました！洗濯機も乾燥機も備え付けなので、いつでも洗濯でき楽ちん。 トイレットペーパーは途中で無くなり書いました。が、もしかしたらもらえたのかな？？ 清掃は週一らしく自分でクイックルワイパーしました。掃除機ありましたよ。 換気扇が壊れてて肉を焼いた時に火災報知器が鳴り焦りましたが、その後はたっぷり換気をして焼いてました。 バスルームも2個あり、私たち家族にはとても過ごしやすかったです。 テレビは付け方がわからず見れませんでした。

Not very clean

Poor customer service! I had to chase the service for checkout details and to find more details about the property, like where to get pool towels. Not as promised regarding access to the pool and spa.

Great location with close access to beach shops and restraunts. Poor internal room maintenance.

Utterly disappointed in the condition of the apartment. Blinds broken or not even on the window. Mattresses extremely old and uncomfortable. No security screen on the kitchen window. A child could fall out and two storeys down. Two screen doors missing on the sliding doors. Minimum linen. I went to ask for extra towels and told they are limited and count what we take (ridiculous). Wardrobes wheels are broken and don’t slide. The outdoor furniture is the cheapest plastic type you can buy from Bunnings. I don’t know how this property has a four star rating. The lady at reception from Spain was extremely rude and honestly not interested in being helpful. Everything was a bother to her. Will never stay here again. Location is however amazing. The restaurants around are delicious. Beach is beautiful.

Fantastic location, so relaxing. Just what we needed as a base for exploring Cairns and surrounds.

Disappointed with my stay. Spent so much money and travelled from far to find the room did not have an ocean view as shown in the pictures. It was blocked. I was on the ground floor, and the patio door lock was broken. I reported the security concern to the management and they did not see the need to address it. The WiFi was poor and flaky. The hot water dropped out two minutes into the shower, and the stove needs fixing. The shower head flopped. The rooms were not soundproofed as advertised and there was much noise during the night from the flat above. Also have to read the fine print for this accommodation. It’s not a typical Expedia booking; and payment is collected at the hotel directly, which means you pay a deposit and then the hotel keeps asking you for money. Trinity beach itself is nice and the location was good. The apartment needs maintenance and upgrades.
