Very well appointed, high standard of cleanliness.

We loved our stay at Denham. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and introduced us to the kangaroos and emus. The breakfast provisions were a real treat. If we are ever back in WA we would be super keen to return.

We had the most wonderful stay with Phil and Kerrie, beginning with a lovely welcome from Phil showing us around the property and guiding us through what was on offer in the area. It was our first visit to Shark Bay and we hope it won't be our last. On the Deck is a wonderful property, but our hosts made it all the more delightful. All facilities were absolutely perfect, with a huge BBQ area to enjoy along with a hot tub overlooking Francois Person National Park and fabulous sunsets. Feeding time for the Kangaroos and Emus was such fun. Thanks Phil and Kerrie for creating some wonderful memories. We were really sad to leave and can highly recommend a visit.

We stayed in the Blue room for 3 nights and loved it! Phil and Kerrie couldn't have been more helpful. Great advice on where to eat and what to see. The nicest people and we really appreciate the time they took to help us feel comfortable.

Friendly and super helpful host

The location of On The Deck is perfect, there is nothing that you could want for during you stay and if there was, Phil and Kerry would do what they could to get it for you. Highly recommended

I loved that all the dishes were done for us and the BBQ cleaned... and the spa at night, after feeding the kangaroos. Magic!

Super stay here. The locals recognise "on the deck" as one of the best places in Denham. Easy walk to town, but quiet location. Phil, the owner, feeding the roos and emus was super. Great room and facilities.

Beautiful setting you see the Roos and emus at night from the balcony. You are given a choice of breakfast which you cook yourself. Our host Kerri was always available and gave us lots of tips about travelling to monkey Mia. We stayed in the blue room which has a small private balcony the room was very clean. I would recommend staying here if visiting monkey Mia

Fantastic place to stay if you are visiting the area, friendly and helpful hosts. Great “on the deck” facilities for self catering, relaxing and wildlife spotting. Would thoroughly recommend.

Amazing place!!! Get an upstairs unit if you can. Out favorite stay in Western Australia!!!

We had a lovely 3 night stay. The room and bed were very comfortable. Whilst we were there the weather was cool and breezy but we enjoyed the fantastic outside covered kitchen bbq area for cooking our evening meal. It was all we hoped for so would give 5 stars with no hesitation.

On the Deck @ Shark Bay provided excellent facilities and location for our three day visit to explore the Shark Bay area. The owners made us feel welcome and provided useful information and wonderful support in suggesting sights to see, booking tours and making a restaurant reservation for the celebration of a special birthday. They even provided a bottle of champagne for the occasion. The views of the sunsets from the second floor deck were superb. We enjoyed using the well equipped outdoor cooking area to make a dinner with our ingredients and our breakfasts with the ingredients which were provided, and eating them on the second floor deck while enjoying the surrounding view. The location was perfect for our visit to see the dolphins at Monkey Mia and set out from there on two wonderful crusies to further explore the scenery and sea life of Shark Bay. It was Magic!

Had a fabulous stay. Phil and Kerrie were wonderful hosts. Check in was easy and they provided great advice about what to see and where to eat. Also booked tour for us. The room was spotless and had everything you needed including good wifi. Breakfast was great. You could use the BBQ to cook a meal if you wanted (and they cleaned the BBQ). Location was great overlooking the sea. We really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Wir waren im Blueroom. Sauberes Zimmer,sauberes Bad mit Brauseschlauch. Schöner Holzboden.Eigentümer besonders nett und bemüht. Wlan funktioniert einwandfrei. In einer Sackgasse gelegen am Stadtrand. Am frühen Abend kommen die Känguruhs aus dem Busch (auf der gegenüberliegenden Strassenseite) und setzen sich vor das Haus. Dort bleiben sie dann einige Stunden sitzen und warten ob ein Häppchen für sie abfällt. Der sternenhimmel ist auch nett. Absolut empfehlenswert für Paare wenn sie die Ruhe lieben. Von dort kann man Ausflüge nach Monkey Mia machen.

On The Deck offered us an extraordinary experience of what Denham has to offer. We were greeted by the generosity & friendliness of Phil & Kerrie, who had such warm personalities. On The Deck was very well-maintained, clean, neat and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It is conveniently located 5mins drive away from town centre and 20mins from Monkey Mia. Also, the views, whether of wild kangaroos, the brilliant sunset or the gorgeous night sky, we experienced it all here! We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and we will no doubt return here if we were to revisit Denham again. Thank you Phil & Kerrie for your kind hospitality! (:
