I was in town on business for two days but found the room not very good to work in with only a coffee table to work on from a couch. There was no chairs in the room. The position of the couch meant you could not sit on it and watch the TV. The only way to watch the TV was to sit on the bed which is not the most comfortable way to relax and watch TV if you like sitting up to watch it. The bathroom had all the usual fitting plus a very large SPA which is fine if that is your thing. Mine is solely showers but make sure you bring your own soaps. The towels were like hessian sacks. While cutlery was supplied it clearly was collected from bits and pieces. The room does have a microwave and bar fridge but no table to eat off unless you consider your knees a table. The washing up had to be done in a bowl as there was no sink. They do provide a BBQ with the unit which is OK but cutting a piece of cooked steak on a plate on your knees is a challenge. Look out they demand a $500 holding deposit which they claim they will refund 7-10 days after your visit. There was no WI-FI offered nor available. I would not bother staying here again.

It was a bit disappointing, the positioning of our Villa - it was really close to the main road (Murat) and lots of noisy traffic - also very open, no privacy when sitting outside to try and enjoy a bit of peace and quiet :( or to cook a bbq. Perhaps a bit of a fence or some other type of screen should be put up, to block the outside area from the road a bit more ?? The property itself was quite nice inside, however it did look quite "tired". It was neat and tidy, but far from "perfect" !!! the cushions on the two settees were stained and were very worn. The vertical blinds were missing quite a lot of blinds, so it was not possible to even close it fully at night, again, no privacy - we could just wave to people walking past outside on the street !! There was also a pretty bad sewerage smell in the bathroom, very unpleasant. We had to run the two exhaust fans the whole time we were there, to try and get rid of the smell ...

Self contained with decent amenities. Main bed was comfortable. Kitchen cleanliness is dependant upon previous occupiers so we washed everything before using because it was visibly dirty. TV had a DVD player which was great as we had brought some with us. Lounge n furniture was all pretty tired but OK. Wasn't very impressed to receive email day before we left telling us to sweep floors, empty bins and put bin on verge?!

Spacious, clean and good amenities in the villa house. Pool in the compound small, uninteresting and could be improved with a slide even, to be more inviting after a long day out. Very exciting to have the resident emus walking around! All in, a pleasant place to stay and to chill out.

Power shortages and not worth the money and bond we paid and we cleaned it better than when we arrived

Disappointed that we paid $553 for 3 nights but the real estate agent managing the property only expected $470 from us. Looks like someone is getting large profits, to next time I will go direct to the local agents

Great place the Osprey Holiday Units in Exmouth. Heaps of room for large families. Close to town centre. Nice clean pool. Clean outdoor area with BBQ. Heaps of parking for a boat. Just a couple of cockroaches would come out at night time.

Good location, has all the basics that you need. The units are probably in need of some upgrading in furnishings and lighting as they seem a little dated but it was comfortable and met our needs. Emus walking through the village was a plus for our daughter.

We had a great time in Exmouth staying at Ospray resort for a week :o) Great for families with children!!

If you are after self contained accomodation in Exmouth for a larger group / family, this is as close to perfect as it gets. Spacious, comfortable and close to the town centre. The kitchen was really well equipped and the bedrooms very comfortable. The only thing that is missing that would make this as good as it gets was access to wifi.

Comfortable well maintained apartment close to town centre. Bring or buy everything you need to cook withas there isnot even tea in the kitchen.

No staff, self contained, collect key from lock box. Nice room and facilities. Emu's come right up to say hello.

Exmouth is famous for the whale sharks but there are also wonderful beaches to explore and swimming/ snorkelling the Ningaloo Reef is popular.

We felt very at home and were very comfortable. Location is great as Osprey is easy walking distance to the shops, and also to the town beach

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment and were very impressed. The kitchen was really well equipped. They even had some laundry powder for the washing machine. The bed was extremely comfy with nice linen and towels. The spa was a bonus and the extra bathroom outside was a great idea for beach goers. Your own bbq, outdoor setting and washing line was good too! Would definitely stay at Osprey Village again!
