Great accomodation - room was spacious and staff was friendly. But I noticed some of the mugs had a bit of stain which put me off from having the complimentary coffee. Overall great, just a bit of cleanliness issue.

We loved everything about our stay here and will be back thats for sure. Its centrally located and across the road from the shopping centre which we did go to as the hotel had everything and the restaurant at the hotel was amazing and well priced meals. The staff go above and beyond as well. Thank you for our stay and making us feel welcomed.

Best hotel in Toowoomba for value and location

Good morning, I checked out early this morning from room 406. I have to day this is by far the most disappointing stay I've had. I stay in motels, hotels and apartments every week and the fact that you don't have a microwave and it does not say on your booking that to have one there is another cost of $25 to heat up some food unbelievable. amenities like that are essential for people who travel not just for work but overall. and it didn't stop there this morning I tried to have a warm shower and waited 10 minutes ( and yes the shower was pointing in the right directiong) and no water came out. I could even have a shower. the beds are hard and the toilet smells like sewage. the toilets also need an update as they don't flush properly. worst stay ever, a waste of my money. this is unacceptable for a king suit! at a price of $200. Lucky I had a discount because this room was not worth it.
