Breakfast and Roms Like 50 years Ago. Noisy waterpipes and airplanes.

A great location, walkable to the city centre in just 20 minutes, 15 minutes to the Oval.

Room was nice, staff were excellent and very helpful with arranging taxis to around town.

I love the character of the building I could imagine when it was first built it would have been a real standout

Thats an old house, some renovations are due. Included breakfast is appreciated, although the coffee machine works 2 times out of 5.

Couteous staff, however the rooms and motel need repair and upgrade. The breakfast was not worth the name.

Really nice old building but needs maintenance with regards to it electrical circuits

Didn't realise I have to share a bathroom. The walls are paper thin and I could hear the neighbour and the receiver on the phone clearly. The cupboard shelving is worn out and the window screen is ripped and old. A cheap hotel is what you pay for.

Hotel was nice and clean especially for its historical age. Location is also amazing with Main Street diners and restaurants at a few minute walk. Although it was a bit noisy as it is not sound proof and planes frequently flew over the building. Overall its was an amazing experience with a great breakfast, excellent location, and I would recommend.

Facilities need some upgrades

Expensive for what the room was, no contact from hotel for afterhours pick up. Luckily was travelling with family and they had the code to collect key for their room.

Great place to stay for an easy trip to city events. Breakfast supplied is such a bonus to start the day

The location was good for us but was a small room and bed took up all the space bed kept moving as it was on wheels

Value for money & excellent location opposite parklands & very close to free bus service to the cityto

Like that the Motel’s location, walking distance to the CBD, Adelaide Oval, Torrens River, Station in North Terrace. Lots of dining options on O’Connell Street, and bus service through O’Connell Street. Have stayed at Princes Lodge many times and will continue to do so. 👍😊
