The Property Manager,Phil was amazing nothing was too much trouble for him during our stay. Size of the apartment was more than adequate for three adults each room has two king singles pushed together The location is very good, being close to Central Railway Station and a short walk into the City. There is a great coffee shop cafe Da Vina right next that not only served great coffee but also great meals there are open from 5.20am to 2pm Mon-Fri. Fortitude Valley is nearby with even more restaurants to choose from. In nearby Cathedral Park we discovered an excellent food and craft market that operates 8am-2pm on Thurs its well with checking out There were a few minor issues that didn't really affect our stay but are nonetheless worth mentioning. Water leaked out of the shower onto the bathroom floor on one of the bathrooms apparently due to a defective seal on the base of the shower door. The second bathroom had a shower in the bath which we managed to step into and out off but anyone with mobility issues would have a problem trying to do so.We used the dishwasher but after the first occasion didn't do so again as it didn't seem to wash the dishes properly,could have been a bit more cutlery & plates, there is only one key per apartment

Horrendous booking and communication with staff resulted in having to find alternate accommodation. Absolutely worst booking experience of my life. Never again!!!!!

The property provides value for money but is very basic. It needs sprucing as blinds and door handles need repairing. Phil at the reception is the highlight of the apartment as he is understanding and effecient.

Apartment was spacious, had everything for self contained stay. Beds were comfortable. The lounge was uncomfortable. But overall a great stay

Really great property in a great location and in generally good order. A couple of bits of maintenance needed - balcony door lock damaged and could not be locked, kitchen window lock defective - could not be locked. Dishwasher drying cycle did not work - left dishes wet

Unable to gain access to the property as the check in times advised were incorrect and there was no one available to help with check in. Another tenant let us into the building in the end and help contact security to get us into the apartment

Well located , easy walking distance to queens street mall and central station , cieah, and well presented as apartment

Good property locarion, but poorly managed. Close walk from CBD attarctions. Not enough toiletries provided per room for 5 nights stay. Bathrooms had weird smell coming from the floor waste. Dishes and kettle were not hygenecally clean in the kitchen, residue from the kettle bottom was coming off while in use, microwave looked dirty with stain marks. Complementary tea, coffee etc could have been better. Rooms were generally clean, but they lookd sad. We had to buy our own air freshner to cope with bathroom smell, also had to buy toiletries for 6 days of stay. Parking cost was $25 per night.

Nice property and very handy location. Loved the ease of access to public transport. Pool was great also.

The apartments are very central, and excellent if you are staying for several days and you want something you can walk to. The apartment we stayed in was spacious, clean, and the reception staff were fantastic. But the apartment itself was a bit tired looking, and the dryer wasn't working so well and the ironing table didn’t have a cover. (All of which I reported.) We would recommend it and probably would stay again.

Apartment was tired looking, in need of updates. For the price it was fine but would definitely look for something else next time.

We appreciated the pre check in communication and ease of after hours check in. The room was welcoming and exactly as advertised. It’s a short walk down Wharf St to the river and transport options. Peaceful stay!!

Loved everything about this apartment!

Property with damage, broken balcony door lock (bad with kids), walls had damage. Pretty tired place. MOST importantly, unbelievable noise ! Fire truck sirens, police sirens, road noise, train horns whole night, did not get any sleep. Who build a place with just single glaze windows in 21 century??? Also locals told me this place is often rented out by party goers. So not a peacefull place to stay at at all.

The Appartment was clean and tidy, spacious, well maintained and appeared as described on the website. Parrking was available and cost for the same was additional.

The apartment was lovely, very spacious, comfortable beds and nice amenities. The checkin process was confusing and not made clear prior to arrival. We were also given the wrong instructions for parking leading us to park under the resort next door and have a different parking fee. We did ask on the phone on checkin if that is where we park and we were told yes. Unfortunately this was not the correct park. Miscommunication and unclear checkin caused lots of confusion.
