Friendly, warm, welcoming and helpful staff. Very well cared for property made for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Great location in South Perth.

Fabulous location, short walk to the ferry across to Elizabeth Quay, Perth. Well appointed spacious room. Front desk staff were delightful, very helpful and always with a smile. Look out for the joke of the day in the lift.

The property was clean and tidy but there's no cleaning on a Sunday. They did make this clear at the beginning and it was fine.

Great place to stay, close to the ferry to the city centre, The Good Grocer with SO many options for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the same building, the Quest have very friendly staff, the apartment is so clean, quite, caters for all your needs. This Quest at South Perth is a must stay if you are planning a trip to Perth.

Great room, clean, wonderful view, very helpful staff, in suite laundry was great, location is perfect!

All was great with the stay. Only minor complaint was that I could have done with an extra towel in the bathroom

A good stay tho busy and a tad noisy

The staff was great and the facility excellent in these very nice apartments with a wonderful Swan River view across to downtown Perth. The ferry to downtown is just a few quick steps away! The apartment had a nice small kitchen and a washer/dryer set up in the bathroom. If we return to Perth, we will certainly stay here!

I travelled with my young children and elderly parents so booked a 3 bedroom, dual key apartment in Sep’25. The apartment was fantastic with washing machine, dryer, coffee facilities and a fully equipped kitchen. Initially I was concerned about the cleanliness of the carpets having frequented resorts/hotels with stained carpets but here the carpets were spotless and my younger child never once sneezed or had rashes after rolling all over the carpets! Staff were attentive and friendly, accommodating us where they could including putting up bed rails so that my children wouldn’t accidentally roll off in their sleep. The only slight areas for improvement would be having a in-room drinking water dispenser, hand soap dispenser (instead of using bar soap) and adequate parking. For the latter, the exit from the car park where the rolling shutters are is a bit narrow for bigger vehicles and while not specific to me, I did notice on two nights that those who returned later in the evening had difficulty getting a Quest-designated parking space. Other than these minor quibbles, it was a fantastic stay and I would be happy to stay in similar Quest properties next time I go on holiday.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff and very well situated with access to Perth city by regular ferry. Apartment was well equipped and maintained with our apartment having fantastic view of river and city. Highly recommended

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was ready for an early book-in as requested. The room was lovely and clean. The bed was very comfortable . The aircon was a bit temperamental couldn’t get it the desired temp had to open the windows to cool the room down. The kettle was broken and it took all day to have a replacement sent up. The fridge decided to defrost itself in the night and we ended up with water over the floor. The neighbours were very noisy kids screaming and thumping around.

We had to be evacuated at 2.30am due to the fire alarm going off ( false alarm). Quest does need to do a fire alarm assessment. In our case there was no direction on what to do, where to go, no cross reference to ensure all residents were accounted for, no instructions given!!!!!

We loved our room, the location and the staff were wonderful, definitely stay again

Excellent check in and check out service - staff exceptional

We stayed in the 3BR apartment and it was new, clean and well kept. We could pre check-in which made the actual day check-in simple and fast. There was separate washer and dryer which was very useful. The 24hrs supermarket located right next to the apartment was convenient for getting breakfast and dinner. There was dedicated parking for quest guests which allowed multiple entries for $25 a day.
