We have stayed many times at a Rockhampton Serviced apartments. Always clean, very comfortable, a range of accommodation types available and where available they will provide the option to accommodate disability access which was handy when staying with my mother who had a knee injury. We recommend the apartments tl friends and family staying in the area. It is very proximal to all areas of Rockhampton.

Great overnight stay on the drive from Townsville to Brisbane. Great for travelling with small kids

Clean, nest, easy check in, quiet, great facilities.

Booked Deluxe Apartment 1 Bedroom 68sqm. On checking in was handed keys to 1 Bedroom Apartment 36 sqm Apprx and was a cheaper room than the Deluxe (when I made the initial booking). Booking was made 90 days prior to arrival date. Questioned Management of RSA on why not received Deluxe Apartment , to be told that this was the room that I booked even though showing WOTIF Booking confirmation was for a Deluxe Apartment and if any issues would need to take up with WOTIF directly. The week prior had a booking for a Deluxe Apartment 1 Bedroom , and again was not provided with the room that I had booked. But was provided with a 2 Bedroom Apartment which was apparently an upgrade. I was not provided with the room that was booked and no offer to review price since I paid a premium for the Deluxe Apartment. WOTIF continues to advertise the Deluxe Apartments , which are more expensive than the 1 Bedroom Apartment. Having stayed at RSA over the past 10-15 years cannot say that I will return.

Great checkin and service. However deluxe unit had not been fully cleaned with all eating and kitchen services stained with grease and food stains. Bathroom was similarly neglected, floor dusty and with dirt stains and hair, same with toilet seat. Asked manager to fix which was done within the hour. Floors were still left in cleaned. Management said their cleaner had 10 yrs experience so it was left unclear how this happened. I suggest the managers audit their work more closely. Otherwise unit was roomy and well appointed. A fair bit of noise transfer from the inter room connecting door. Location is nice and central if not a bit noisey. Hopefully management take action to avoid and further cleanliness issues.

Despite the last-minute Easter holiday booking, communication with the manager Tom was very smooth. Room and bathroom were both spacious and clean. I've been to Rockhampton a few times now, this place is so far the best one for this price range.

Very noisy complex

The most quiet hotel I have stayed at in Rockhampton. Conveniently located close to business I had to tend to on the south side. We will be back!

My family and I found the Rockhampton Serviced Apartments a bit of a Rough Diamond. We were unsure to begin with but when we stayed the room was great, quiet, clean and looked after. The staff were very helpful and we were pleasantly surprise with the whole complex. We would have stayed longer if we could have. Would recommend. Definitely worth the money. Well done :-)
