Best location, we went to the beach every morning with the boogie boards and the kids had a blast. It was clean but definitely in need of a renovation. The sliding door is difficult to open, the main hot plate and grill elements need replacing, the taps are difficult to turn off. But everything you need is there and the location was the absolute greatest. Night markets Thursday on the beach front were amazing!

Good budget style accommodation, old unit and decor.

Property has not been maintained well. Facilities were poor. There was no dryer, though it was mentioned in the property ad. The step out the front door is dangerous as it is high off the ground. Furniture is very old and low to the floor. Not good for people with joint issues. Visit was not a good experience.

The unit was in need of updating, which we were told was coming. Shower was hard to control one moment hot then cold, bathroom very small. Unfortunately at the moment building works going on next door so machinery was very loud. Desperately need to look at higher lounge as was so low hard to get out of especially after knee operation. In the plus side we were close to beach, undercover parking provided and kitchen well stocked, bed was wonderful so slept well.

We liked everything about it from the stunning ocean views to the short walk to nightlife and shops. Definitely recommend and would book again

I enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the sun go down. And it area was surprisingly quiet after dark.

Great apartment and was very suitable to our needs. Lovely Lady who came and showed us throughout the property. Very comfortable beds and very clean. Air conditioner struggled a little bit on the hot day and night but wasn't too unpleasant. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, good parking and heaps of bedding options.

The unit is showing it’s age and could do with some TLC. Having stayed there the unit was neat and tidy and the master bedroom bed was wonderful. The unit is close to the beach and only a short walk to shops, including Coles and Liquorland, and numerous restaurants and bars. Would I stay there again - Definitely.

The property was very rundown, which made the fact that they demanded a bond laughable.

The view from the backyard/courtyard of the beach was magic.

Location to all Scarborough has to offer (including the Beach) is excellent. Apartment appeared to be recently renovated - it felt nice and "new & clean".

The walk to Scarborough was great. There were plenty of beds available. The property is dated but more than adequate. Great value for money.

The place was extremely old, and didn’t look exactly like the photos taken.The pictures were deceiving they took those pictures a long time ago. It was dark and depressing, dusty, and cold! It was storming one night and the bedroom windows didn’t shut completely allowing freezing cold air to blow into the rooms,not to mention I had a 5 month old baby. The towels they left us had bleach stains on it.We were left 1 bar of soap for 3 people and no wrapping on the soap.The shower curtain was disgusting and dirty on the inside. The walls were dusty, dirty and chipped paint. The outside at the front door was full of cobwebs and dirty.The windows looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time.They display pictures of all the three DIFFERENT rooms they sell on the one listing so you don’t actually know what your getting until you get there. I thought I was getting a ‘ premier room’ and from the picture it showed a lounge room with a complete Seaview but get a place with a partial Seaview. I pulled a knife and fork out the draw and looked like someone had eaten off it,didn’t wash it,just wiped it off and put it back in the drawer! found someone’s old socks under the coach.This place should not be on the market as an apartment listing to rent to travellers. I am an ex travel agent, now mother and have done a fair share of travelling, staying in apartments and hotels across the world and this is by far the most disappointing and disgusting place I stayed in.

As you drive in you are greeted with a huge garbage dumpster and neighbouring balconies fillled with rubbish (extremely unattractive). As you walk up to the door there is a huge tree strapped to the roof with ratchet strap (massive hazard!!). The room smelt stale and there was no toilet paper. The hot water service has no regulator and there is no fan in the bathroom. The bedroom window does not open and the kitchen utensils are from 1950. Dripping taps and the car park is on the other side of the complex which is difficult with your luggage.

Location is all this property has going for it. The owner has not spent money on this for some time. The kitchen and carpets are from the 70's, no dishwasher, oven door burns you on the outside, the fly screen door falls off, there are large chunks out of the plaster in the walls, the laundry door has a wardrobe in front of it as it is falling apart, the grill didn't work, no potato peeler - even the kettle didn't work! The property next door has been renovated but a lot of old furniture remains. It has not had the dishwasher connected although new guest are told a new dishwasher is coming. These places are cheaper and there is a reason why. Look out at the ocean and sunsets and forget about what you are sitting amongst.

The apartment was very dated. Fly screens did not fit properly, one had been cut to access window handle. Lounge settees uncomfortable. Kitchen very dated, worktops cracked, oven did not work very well, didn't dare switch grill on. Hole in wall in laundry room. Could go on!!!

Enjoyed a great family holiday at this awesome location. Whilst an older unit, it was very neat and tidy.
