Very practical location in Toowoomba

It has a brand new high end renovation. Great value for money. A smart tv would be good, but i am sure thats on their to do list.

Newly renovated room was lovely. If rest of property done to same standard it will be a winner

Thankyou for the recommended upgrade to the newly renovated room. Much appreciated. The parking and easy walkable access into the CBD was very convinent.

It was in updating the hotel so everything was average but I think will be good after the upgrade

It was a short visit and we were not looking for anything special just a clean bathroom and bedding for 1 night

Clean and comfortable. Bathroom shower was great only grump is the toilet roll holder position. Very hard to twist around when you are elderly, otherwise very happy and will certainly book again.

Really surprised and impressed with the room. Was recommended by a friend so i booked, and when we arrived i was thinking the outside looked run down and not somewhere i would normally stay, but i was pleasantly surprised by the room. It was obviously very newly renovated and fantastically clean. The beds were comfy, linen like new and the bathroom was modern and spotless. The TV was huge too. We had a really comfy night and would 100% book again. Great value for the room so don't let the outside put you off. Very clean and comfy

The staff we're very accommodating to my needs before and after my surgery. The rooms are spacious, clean & the beds are super comfortable!! The staff do a great job. I don't stay anywhere else. I'm looking forward to seeing the upgrades to the front bar & dining room

Very clean and tidy room, that looks like it has just been renovated. Excellent value for the price, would be happy to stay again when next in town

The shower was leaking (water proofing failed). There was no lock or latch behind the door (felt a little unsafe). There was a window beside the door that had no curtain and you could not block out the front verandah light. You could also see into the room from that window. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and the staff member was friendly.

I booked on line n paid because i looked at pictures yeah got a pool table n meals. Got there keg was set up in pokie room like a back yard party Front bar closed dew to reno no tables to sit at don't play pokies so we sat outsin cold I booked because i seen pool table n meals No pool no meals WHY wasn't it told on the web site i wouldn't of booked because that was the reason i booked room and shower in room was crap no shower curtain water all over floor used towels for floor mat then mext morning had to find someone to get clean towels for our morning shower Will not be staying again 1 star

Close to Empire Theatre.

The hotel section was being renovated and the only part guests had access to was the gaming room! The bistro was closed therefore no food was available on-site!

Pub was closed ,lots of screaming, did not feel safe, very cold room Toowoomba winter, Air con not sufficient and loud rattle ( on correct reverse cycle setting) Expensive for what was offered
