Basic accom with no real service or facilities

Had a bad experience here with the staff.

Great value. Great bed. Roomy and clean. Perfect for a nights stay on our way to Perisher.

Reception was unatteded upon arrival at 4.30pm, even though advertising said open until 7pm, calls made to two phone numbers as per signage to receive a response. Call back from Manager to find out our room key had been left under the doormat. Once in room, there was no information left so call made again to ask Wi Fi password . Went to return room key next morning at 8.30am to find doors still locked even thought it was to open at 8am

Keep driving to Jindy or Thredbo

Unsafe to stay with kids broken table edges. Very uncomfortable seeing dirty carpet.

Overpriced for what it was - no plug in the sink and it was all most impossible to fill the jug from the tap. We expected better / more for that price.

Air conditioner didn’t work. We had the tiniest bin which was half the size of a 6 pack. Cleaners came in in the morning while I was in the shower. Checked out no body at service desk to speak to

This is the first and last time I would stay here when I arrived there was no one at reception I rang the bell then a man appeared asked my name and gave me a key The room was very old clean enough but definitely needs updating

Room was fairly basic but clean and comfortable. Good, quiet location. TV didn’t work but it was replaced promptly. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming.

The rooms were badly maintained. Hair dryers that did not work, power boards uncovered and falling off the walls, strange glue on the walls, and generally a state of low- maintenance and poor quality. Beds were good and the gentleman in the reception was friendly and helpful. but would not recommend this accommodation based on that alone.

GOOD

Great check in with door access sent via SMS. Room clean and good quality towels and linen. No plates or knives even though there is a toaster. Cutlery that was there a little unclean. No dishwashing detergent to wash up afterwards. Recommended for a quick one night stay.

So easy to check in & great facilities

The room size was quite good to accomodate us all. It would have been better if AC worked with heat as the heater was not sufficient for the big room.
