Clean rooms, amenities and staff every thing was good 👍

Receptionist was very friendly. Property is in need of repair. No ventilation in the bathroom and after a shower opening the bathroom door poses a risk of setting off the fire alarms as does using the kettle or cooking appliances. The front rooms have amazing views over the airport runway. Rooms were neat and tidy.

Close to airport is only positive. Apartment was dirty, smelly and rundown

Spacious, convenient and affordable

It was a nice place. The hard part about it was that there was not a 24 hour desk help. Suggestion: Need a full time desk help living in the complex to help out of country people at all times. Especially like us the fire alarm went off and no one to explain what was going on, ran out side in our pj's fire department were very fast, Thank the Lord.

Needed something last minute (my fault) and wanted kitchen space but I wouldn't recommend this place. Clearly the only cleaning they do between guests is change the towels and sheets (or at least I hope they do that). The bathroom floor was covered in hairs, the tiles needed a good scrub, curtains had blood stains (best not to think about how they got there), curtain rail is sellotaped together, kitchenware not cleaned, sofa arms dislodged and more. Reception I think I saw behind the desk about 3 days out of 2 weeks (including hours they were supposed to be there). Would also be good to have some standards in the kitchen (cooking oil, kitchen roll, salt etc) but I don't think they actually expect people to cook. Also worth pointing out it is a bit closer to the airport station but if you're getting to metro you'll pay the extra surcharge to go from there so instead you're going to want to go to Mascot, which is about a 25 minute walk away.

Close to shops and public transport,

The property is very convenient for people travelling to Sydney from Wollongong, Canberra or points south – it is just a short distance from the M5. The property is a little run down but good value for money, and there are some good places to eat on Botany Road. Parking is very affordable.

This is a nice place to stay if you dont need to be based in Sydney. I used it as a hub for travel to various surrounding locations. Parking is well worth it. The appartment needs a little bit of TLC but overall clean and fit for purpose based on pricepoint.

Honestly, the property is OK (with some furniture in wear and tear condition already). But if I am having issues with maintenance as well as other housekeeping problems there is no reception / call number unless only for emergency purposes especially on weekends. Hence, I would have to take note of these in case of future stays.

The Staff were great. Everything was in the Apartment that you could want. The Apartment was very spacious.

Overall nice and the price was good, however the property is old and the years are showing.

Great value for an apartment. The position is very noisy so balcony door has to stay closed. The units are close to bus stop and local shops. Ideal for extended stays. Never saw anyone in reception over 2 weeks. Overall extremely good value and highly recommended for extended stays.

Great place & so very clean....

Perfect place to stay if you prefer self contained home away from home experience of accommodation. Apartments have so living much space, medium to huge size balconies and each have individual layouts and choices of decor which is cool. And there is consistently a great standard of cleaning as well. Some apartments do have minor cosmetic wear but that’s purely appearance because all appliances and fixtures have all still been in good working order for all my stays. Also Rebecca has always so polite and professional, she is a great asset to the aea brand.

Convenient location to Airport, walking to local shops and restaurants

I love this place. The staff are always friendly and reached out to us on our ETA. Had to arrange outside of office hours and was handled with no problem. The apartment was clean and comfortable.
