Lovely little country stay. Ros and Mahi made the cottage very warm and cosy with little touches that were thoughtful and kind.

Great property and great hosts. Highly recommend staying here. We had a great weekend here. Plenty to do and see locally and close by.

Lovely property, very comfortable with great hosts. We decided to stay here during the long weekend and are so glad we did. The hosts provided everything we needed for breakfast as well as great local knowledge. Cannot wait to stay here again!

The Best Exotic Magnolia Cottage sets an extremely high standard in all aspects

The property was quiet (though there are trains that go by) and Ros was AMAZING! She stocked the kitchen with breakfast foods, helped us to dry our laundry in the sun and was so pleasant to work with as well!

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage.Cottage was super clean, was very comfortable and had everything you could possibly want. Our whole experience at the Best Exotic Magnolia Cottage was excellent. Kind, thoughtful hosts and a charming. Thank you.

Lovely and cozy cottage

An amazing choice amongst the limited option in Bandanoon. Hosts were friendly. The supplies and amenities were good and you'll get almost all needed items in kitchen, laundry and rooms.

Perfect spot to disconnect and hibernate for a couple of days. Thanks Ros and Mahi, great hosts, welcoming and respectful.

We were treated as guests rather than as clients. Our particular breakfast needs were asked about in advance, and without being obtrusive our hosts were thoughtful and prepared to go out of their way for us

Ros and Mahi are truely super hosts. Everything was beautiful, comfortable, and super clean! Lovely thoughtful welcome touches made our stay another wonderful visit. We will look forward to coming back again and can highly recommend this cottage.

We went for John’s 70th birthday and Mahi & Ros asked if the visit was a special occasion. When we arrived at this delightfully presented cottage, situated at the back of the main house and totally private, with only the birds for company, there was a HAPPY BIRTHDAY banner on the wall. Ros graciously showed us around and then we opened the fridge to find a beautifully decorated chocolate cake with Happy Birthday on it. On the table was a birthday card for John too. The cottage had everything you would possibly need and was so cosy. The very large balcony was perfect for our G&T’s in the late afternoon and we looked forward to this ritual each evening. We loved staying at the cottage and Mahi & Ros were the warmest and nicest hosts we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. We hope to return and can recommend staying at this charming place when visiting Bundanoon. Margaret & John

Lovely cottage, everything was very clean, thoughtful, and comfortable. This property has a covered deck and beautiful garden. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. A great homely cottage.

Well appointed/decorated, quality sheets/towels, very comfortable and quiet, good heating/electric blankets, beautiful deck to relax on, privacy, lovely continental breakfast/tea/coffee left in the cottage for us. Lovely spring garden, we were greeted by host's cat who gave us the once over and continued on his way.

2 night family stay at The Best Exotic Magnolia Cottage in Bundanoon was exceptional. Beautifully appointed in every way, spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished and very comfortable. Beds too were very comfortable with plush furnishings. Spacious bathroom with spacious shower, washer/dryer etc. The garden area was charming and colourfully ladscaped complete with a deck and sitting area to enjoy the lovely country atmosphere. Kitchen equipped with all you could want including a great selection of breakfast items generously provided by the hosts. The owners have gone to a lot of trouble to make this cottage warm, welcoming and comfortable. Would highly recommend. Will definitely stay here again when next in the area.

The cottage was bright and airy, very clean and equipped with everything a traveller might require.

Pretty cottage with lots of accessories. Very conveniently located near national park walks, Hosts were very attentive.
