The standard room was lovely, will start with underground parking hght 2.5m so our jimny with awning managed well, there are trolleys available to help with luggage easy access by the lift basement floor. Our room had 2 sliding door balconies, one facing the ocean and the other adjacent facing the buildings behind allowing the ocean breeze through the room. Staff were very accommodating and friendly, TV also has Foxtel. The only issue I suppose would be no microwave to warm up treats, otherwise air con was comforting as well as the double bed. A good size safe is provided also an ironing board and iron, I did not come across a toaster, however a jug and complimentary coffee, tea and biscuits were available. Great price for a lovely room beach views with Expedia.The Dorsal by the Sea restaurant is ground level, nicely organised friendly waiters with reasonably priced meals, we started with alcoholic beverages, my husband ordered a tap beer $10, my Pina Colada $20 same prive were other cocktails on the menu, the only suggestion would be to add some fruit or a little umbrella to the cocktail and less ice, but this is my personal critique. Will return in the future.

Close to all amenities. Large room, great views. Friendly check in on arrival.

No microwave, limited utensils, room was not as advertised, window had large cobwebs on the inside, parking spaces are too small and the whole underground car park’s accessibility is awkward and small, rubbish piled up near elevators, no car park security and birds flying everywhere in car park and they sh*t all over my car

The restaurants were close and swimming was good as you had a choice of the baths or the beach right across the road. staff were good and parking onsite was good

The room was very comfortable and spotless. Access to the ocean pool is fabulous as is the proximity to the local shopping strip.

A perfect stay - stayed in superior ocean room which was a large comfortable room, had great views and well appointed with everything you needed also newly renovated. Enjoyed a great breakfast and a dinner below in restaurant!!

The room was a great size. The bed was so comfortable. The view from the balcony was spectacular. The mini bar prices were the best value I have seen in years. I highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely sea breezes kept the room cool. Room service was excellent.

Great hotel, great room. 201. Free parking in the basement with trolleys and lift up to second floor. And the wiev ❤️ 😀 Nice wide bed. And quiet. Only have nice things to say about this place.

Stunning ocean views from our room. Loved listening to the waves while falling asleep. Central to everything we needed. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was lovely and clean and the bed was comfortable.

Great location but room was very tired and in need of renovation. For the price I think you can do much better close by!
