The room was atrocious - shower not so much leaking as running, holes in blankets, barely any facilities. Folks knocking on the door all hours of the morning looking for drugs. Do not recommend.

Overall pleasant for an old motel, modernising efforts have been made. It was the friendliness of the staff that made it great. What a solid asset. A little pricey booking thru app for what is, but I’ll be back soon and go direct. What, pool table and pokies. Space better spent but had a dabble. Thanks for the stay!! Sean (Edward)

There was absolutely nothing about this property that neither my partner nor I enjoyed. After we checked-in, we stayed at the property for a maximum of probably 2½/3hrs before we both agreed on booking another room somewhere else, I which we did & we then left this putrid place

Motel advertising was a scam. The web photographs of the motel and rooms were false. No reception on arrival had trouble booking in on the day. The room was not fit for humans. I was asked for more cash before I got a key even though the room was fully paid for. The air con was broken and parts sitting on the window sill. The fridge was filthy. The bed covers had burn marks in them. The curtains were supposed to be white but were black from soot and dirt. Spider cobwebs in the ceiling corners. Broken toilet. Filthy coffee making area and dirt dust on most things. Window frames inside the room were covered in dirt and dead insects. Undesirable people causing noise and damage to my vehicle. I stayed in the room for 20 minutes till I found alternative accommodation. I would like a full refund and apology from the booking agent. This motel should never ever be available to anyone human. I want a full refund!!!!

The room smelt of cigarette smoke. The air conditioner was broken and noisy and stunk when on. The staff member I dealt with was not friendly. Owning a business I understand it's hard to find money however (I can only talk of my room) it needed a thorough cleaning and disinfecting to remove the smoke smell and the odor from the air conditioner (which needed replacing).

The room we had wasnt even clean the fridge was dirty, there was a dirty moldy towel on back on bathroom door and used soap left in bottom of shower.

The toilet seat was broken and fallen off. The microwave was rusty and smelly. the toaster wasn't there. There was rubbish left lying around. Nothing at all like the photographs. too disgusting to stay. Left immediately but was refused a refund. Avoid it at all costs.

I was in Melbourne for a night and just needed somewhere to sleep and shower in the morning. In that respect it was okay. The room lacked items that I thought would be there, like a bedside light, cutlery, an extra pillow and some sort of information folder. Advertised WiFi was not available.

When I arrived approximately 4 pm on a Sunday reception door was closed with the sign saying please call this number when attended. I called no answer. Got a text ring you back later otherwise I’ve paid in for a room and now to get the room Lady come up serve me did all the appropriate things I went to the room Clean sufficient but old. Then the lady that served me decided to have a with some other gentleman outside my room with a lot of swearing then proceeded to have three cigarettes outside my room which had a window which wouldn’t close as a non-smoker. It filled the room full of smoke. After about another hour all the locals decided to sit outside the room and talk and carry on. I did not feel safe in the area. I did not feel safe in my hotel room as absolute waste of money.

Room felt dirty and absolutely stunk like cigarettes. Other guests were extremely noisy between 2 am and 4 am, breaking glass and yelling.

Room stunk like cigarettes. No doona on the bed...had the thinnest blanket and a sheet only. No spare blankets provided or electric blanket on bed so was cold. No sidetable to put phone or remote on. Very "interesting" permanent residents loitering around outside and on balcony. Very rundown room, bathroom door didnt close properly and button to flush toilet was broken and would get stuck and continue flushing. Plus there is a recycling plant next door-noisy. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

there was no cold water in the bathroom vanity sink tap had to turn cold water off completely to get any hot water in shower

very ordinary, you should'nt have to clean your room no matter how much you pay

Not a good motel due to its messy mattresses and room.
