Our stay at the Sebel was extremely disappointing. We have addressed the issues with the hotel GM, and would like to requesta refund for the stay.

Staff were fabulous, very helpful. Room was a little tired in terms of fittings.

The team there were professional, courteous and pleasurable to deal with. The rooms were exactly what we were looking for and the site was walking distance to everything we wanted from the convention centre to the museams and all eating options. Thank you for making the experience something my kids will long remember!

For the price it was aged decor , balcony had no furniture on it at all Not even hand soap in the kitchen Very overpriced for what we got

Breakfast was amazing - could have it any time till 2pm. Loads of variety and vegetarian options.

The Sebel Brisbane has for 30 years now provided the utmost qualities required when travelling. I personally have the Brisbane serval as my own special plqc for time out ect due to every facility you may need can be met, including smallest of things , bathrobes/ toothbrush/razor ect ect. Always clean happy comfortable and made to feel welcome and special guest.

Upgraded by the lovely check in staff!

Shower didn’t work correctly. Connection to switch from bath to shower was broken. Paid extra for a furnished balcony and there was no outdoor furniture. Very poor I thought. Reception didn’t want to know about it. Very average. The hotel is clean and immaculate, but wouldn’t stay there ever again.

Staff were lovely and so was the property. Would stay again :)

The check in and out process was fantastic. Staff were very friendly and kind. The car park is hard to navigate and we had issues going in, because it uses a traffic light system but there were cars blocking the lanes so two cars couldn’t pass each other. We had to reverse out into oncoming traffic and then pull back in. The rooms were clean and you could tell they were cared for well, but they are pretty dated and in need of reno’s. The carpet in our room was patchy and pulled in many places, the appliances were very old. The A/C vents were pretty dusty. The bed was really comfy and clean. The pull out couch was fine for the kids but it would be uncomfortable for adults. The views from the balcony were beautiful and the pool was a nice addition. Overall we had a nice stay and would likely return.
