The property was exactly as described. I was well set up - very comfortable and had an intimate feel.

Peaceful and quiet lovely location

This property was central, quiet, clean, tidy and beautifully presented. They had the fire on when we arrived to make us feel welcome and warm. The villa had everything we needed. The local town Creswick had an IGA and bottle shop with other small shops which was very helpful. Ballarat is a short drive away with everything needed with lots of local areas to explore. The Sebel is such a great comfortable resort that has everything you need. We will definitely be back to stay. My children said it was the best place they have ever stayed.

Nice Property to stay at

Had a great stay at the property! It was very spacious and accommodated the 6 of us very well. The property was presented extremely well and we definitely made use of the multiple air-cons available, as it was very hot outside during our stay.

The property was ideal for our stay, we had 2 couples and having separate ensuites was great. Only down side was no recycling bin or advice as to what to do with recyclables.

Housekeeping, presentation and cleanliness were excellent and the gas fire was turned on for a warm arrival. Wifi was very poor with only two bars, slow speed and kept dropping out. Had to log in each time with full username and long password so gave up on hopeless wifi. Instant hot water system was unresponsive and had to turn multiple taps on to get hot water to come through.

Property was very clean, the only thing that was disappointing was the mini golf it was not operational and was not mentioned on the site so my kids was looking forward to it. The rest was very good.

Property was very simple but very nice with a nice homely energy. Thankyou to staff for putting the fire on for us before we arrived

We will certainly come back and stay

The property is always clean and comfortable. Location is perfect as there is a golf course, tennis court and lots of bush walking at your doorstep. It’s easy to drive to local attractions such as Sovereign Hill, Ballarat and Creswick lake. Cons are that the main road can be noisy and the carpet looks stained around the dinning area.

Property was excellent. Unfortunately during our stay the adjacent RACV resort and golf course was closed
