Excellent location as love Fitzroy, lots of cafes and restaurants at doorstep. Everything fresh and new, super comfy bed, cute robes. Love that they had 3 windows to open for fresh air. Excellent double glazing to shut out noise, although pop a window for fresh air, as seals building too tight Co2 reading was 1600 when I woke up. Staff were lovely too.

This is a fantastic design focused new hotel in a wonderful lively neighborhood. Walk out the door and immediately immerse yourself in treat Melbourne life. is the very best place to stay if you want to be where real people live. At first glance the area might seem edgy but in reality it is a very genuine place with real people, and the standard attracts all the cool kids and young at heart. The staff is so friendly and wonderful. Rooftop area is so beautiful and the coo on sea on entry lebel will make you wonder if you should even leave the premises. And so reasonable for what you pay. Top marks. If it wasn't a 15 hour flight, I'd come more often.

It’s a small boutique hotel designed for young demographic but we enjoyed staying here and didn’t feel uncomfortable at all (we are in our 40’s). Funky styled and friendly staff and à la carte breakfast was excellent. The roof top bar was nice too.

It’s a small boutique hotel designed for young demographic but we enjoyed staying here and didn’t feel uncomfortable at all (we are in our 40’s). Funky styled and friendly staff and à la carte breakfast was excellent. The roof top bar was nice too.

This was my first time visiting Australia and I had a great stay in Melbourne. We hosted a big brand trip with influencers at the hotel and the staff were incredibly attentive, looking after both me and our influencers throughout the stay. Whenever we needed anything, they were quick to accommodate and always very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is really nice, not too big, and located in a great area with lots of places to eat nearby. I felt very well looked after and would definitely recommend staying here. I would happily stay again.

Really nice stay! I travel to Melbourne 2-3 times a year and will now make this my regular hotel. Close to the main street for food, Rose Street Market and the hotel in general is just such a nice vibe. Very calming, chill and the bed, oh my gosh the bed. I had the best sleep I have had all year. LOVE IT.

Excellent location as love Fitzroy, lots of cafes and restaurants at doorstep. Everything fresh and new, super comfy bed, cute robes. Love that they had 3 windows to open for fresh air. Excellent double glazing to shut out noise, although pop a window for fresh air, as seals building too tight Co2 reading was 1600 when I woke up. Staff were lovely too.

This is a fantastic design focused new hotel in a wonderful lively neighborhood. Walk out the door and immediately immerse yourself in treat Melbourne life. is the very best place to stay if you want to be where real people live. At first glance the area might seem edgy but in reality it is a very genuine place with real people, and the standard attracts all the cool kids and young at heart. The staff is so friendly and wonderful. Rooftop area is so beautiful and the coo on sea on entry lebel will make you wonder if you should even leave the premises. And so reasonable for what you pay. Top marks. If it wasn't a 15 hour flight, I'd come more often.
