Room Is dusty. No staff Is working on PH days. Hotel can't be reached by call. Hotel changed breakfast to muffin on boxing day without notifying customer prior to check in. Very horrible experience on Christmas stay.

Hotel was nicely appointed, service mentality left rather a lot to be desired. I only asked if I could have a latte coffee in place of the breakfast included, to be advised NO !, Black coffee is included….. “Urm I didn’t have breakfast yesterday either, surely one coffee in place of 2 breakfasts is reasonable”, NO black coffee is included.. Oh well, shame, maybe it was an off day but left a rather bad taste.

Good air con, staff friendly, great food - loved the granola breakfast. The open shower makes the entire bathroom the shower - not a fan. A full length mirror in the room would be appreciated.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Our room (no.7) was lovely - quiet and comfy. The breakfast (residents) was very good - choice of 5 different breakfasts. HOWEVER, the wifi was soooooo slow - took ages to look on the internet - too many clients in the hotel/pub area using it?

Beautiful little rooms, older style but very pretty, with modern bathroom, fittings & fixtures (A/C, TV & charging station all modern). Comfy bed!! Check in closes early for a CBD hotel (9pm) and I almost ended up homeless for the night arriving after a late flight. My fault for not checking the booking properly, but wotif helped me contact the property and they had already prepped my late check in access, and had me in my room less than 20mins after arrival. Great location.

Gorgeous spacious suite 5. Comfy bed, free standing bath. Downside was no fresh air but thats ok for one night. And downstairs was indoor or outdoor dining drinks and breakfast. Highly recommend.

Bar didn't interest me as i dont drink alcohol, room was clean ac working well,breakfast staff Shaylie,not sur if thats the correct spelling, she was very friendly and helpful Thank you for a great overnight stay

Older building with character. Handy to have bar and restaurant. Very close to RAC arena.

The aircon didn’t work and the tv didn’t work so had to seek help from staff. Both were fixed. We arrived during unseasonally cold weather so found the public areas uncomfortabley cold. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. The hotel is housed in a historic old building but could do with a cosmetic facelift.

No milk with coffee and no butter on the toast. Poached eggs were lovely

Absolutely loved my stay. The room was beautiful. The restaurant breakfast was delicious. The staff are amazing. Didn't want to leave. Can't wait to go back.
