Staff helpful and air con very good

Our apartment 24 had the most amazing views. Apartment itself was wonderful, so spacious and very tastefully decorated. Complimentary items were great. Having a washing machine and dryer was handy. As advertised the location is on a steep hill, with further hills within the resort. Taxi prices did vary.

Great view, fun pools, comfortable beds and well cleaned. We could have done with a few more amenities including dish soap and bin liners, but staff were very accommodating. Aircons worked but were a bit fiddly. We had a lovely stay and would definitely go back!!

Very spacious 2 bedrooms apartment with ocean view, good for families. The property is very modern and clean.

Definately some pros and cons to our stay here! Pros include: nice and quiet, amazing view of the sea, close distance to places to eat/woolworths, nice and spacious, pools really nice and suitable for kids too. Cons inlcude: very very steep hill climb to accommodation if you plan on walking, lots of steps (not fun for carting heavy suitcases), beds not comfortable, no blanket on beds just a sheet? Found some old looking thin blankets in cupboard, 1 had a few questionable stains on it and another blanket literally had bits of material coming off of it like it was disintegrating. Inside of the building could be made really nice with some upgrading as alot of things look very old and worn, peeling etc.

Amazing Views, Clean and Tidy with a home feel. Did not want to leave its so nice! Josephine was friendly and helpfull and went out of her way to help our daughter retrieve her bracelet from the pool. Highly recommend staying here its so close to everything, just a bit of a workout walk on the way back ,but its definitely worth it!!

Toscana village was absolutely wonderful. The views from each apartment are amazing and it's only a few minutes walk from shops and restaurants. It is located on a steep hill but anyone fit would have no trouble at all. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and well maintained.

Views from main bedroom & lounge were beautiful. Definitely needs some work. Air cons weren’t working properly & the control on wall for main one wouldn’t work at all. Finally found a universal one in bottom draw & that worked. Somebody in management needs to do regular walk through for maintenance not rely on staff. Were supposed to have 3 King beds but arrived to find only two & two singles. Manager blamed booking site, however they would have known what they had listed with booking site. Also difference in price, also blamed on to booking site by manager. Didn’t set a good feel for the weekend. Anybody booking this property through Wotif needs to either double check everything or book directly through property. Communication with property very slow & that was also blamed on staff. Having been an accommodation owner myself I have found that no matter what the buck stops with you. Stand up & be counted because otherwise it just makes you look like an idiot

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment we stayed in was beautiful and the views breathtaking. The staff were really friendly and looked after our family as the original room we booked we couldn’t stay in so we were moved to a different apartment before we checked in. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you.

Toscana is in a great location close to Airlie Beach shops, dining etc. It is a steep walk home but also a cheap taxi fare home. The view from the balcony is awesome. Facility is old and in need of a refurbish. Our 3 bedroom apartment was not well cleaned which concerned us.

Very spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with everything you'd need including a laundry, huge closets, Smart TV, sunny balcony, Wi-Fi, and huge spa bath tub. The view of the sea and the sunset was just spectacular. You are very close to a huge Woolies and loads of bars and restaurants. Its a short walk up a steep hill but I liked it! Good way to burn off those ice-creams. The pools are great however we went in winter and they weren't heated, so the kids didn't want to swim in them because they were freezing, despite the nice sunny days. That was a shame as I felt like the pools were a big reason why I chose this place. Also, there are split system cooling units in all the rooms which would be great for summer, but oddly they don't seem to have a heating function (I read the manual and all) which wasn't wasn't ideal for us in Winter. Similarly, there was only one cotton blanket for each bed and we were all pretty cold at night. My main criticism of this place was the crockery and cookware. This was a pretty luxe apartment being called the "penthouse" and all, yet I felt the pots/pans/utensils etc were the sort of quality you'd get at the Op Shop, and that's probably being generous here. Really old, worn, flimsy and cheap. Its not that expensive to invest in half decent stuff, and I'd expect a bit more in terms of quality for a high-end place like this. I will say however the electric fry pan was great (albeit difficult to fit in the sink to clean!).
