Read the google reviews before you stay here! I foolishly just saw a decent number rating on expedia and booked without looking further. The whole place is fairly run down, I had one of the partially renovated rooms so the bedroom area itself was ok, but no blanket or quilt on the bed just a super thin top sheet and none spare in the cupboard. The beds are on wheels and slide away from the wall if you try to sit up in bed. The bathroom windows are cracked and the frames are all rusted, the shower hasn't been sealed properly so its mouldy, and there isnt enough ventilation in the bathroom so it has that damp smell. There is also a lot of road noise from the highway. Its very basic and there is some interesting clientelle hanging around the place. If you want a clean and restful nights stay this isnt the place to get it.

This place is not fit to be on hotels.com For $163 a night it’s a disgrace, mould and broken soap holder, leaking shower head (that kept me awake all night), no shampoo, conditioner or body wash, toilet brush was full of wet toilet paper and so worn out, the bed was so uncomfortable, curtains need replacement and didn’t cover the windows so outdoor light was beaming in at night, the cutlery was from a 2nd hand shop and had broken handles, the 2 chairs were stained and had a broken window in the bathroom . The place was so run down and a disgrace. I had 2 x nights booked for work purposes and left after 1 x night. I have pics to prove all this.

The complex itself is a dump. Ground floor room, only block out curtains. No privacy blinds so if you want natural light, everyone who walks right past your room can see right in. Lots of people smoking, drinking and talking outside our room for hours. Inside, NO toilet paper even though it had 2 roll dispensers. They were both empty. No milk provided for the coffee or tea. Half the powerpoints dont work. Fridge door inside broken so couldn't stand a soft drink bottle up. No top sheet on bed. Just a prickly wooden blanket. Pillow was like a rock. Old and run down. Cobwebs in the bathroom. Just a disgusting property. Find somewhere else to stay.

No one in the office at check in time. No carpet on floor thus bed kept moving. Too noisy , very dated bathroom , very dusty odour when opened door for the first time ,just generally unpleasant stay,

Easy access, clean but old and dated. Lots of dogs staying. Neighbours noisy slamming door.

Very noisy obviously as its on the main road. Bathrooms need a serious overhaul.

Our beds rolled all around the room when we were in them the bathroom was mouldy and slippery no shower caps the tea, sugar and coffee packets was covered in cockroach poo and there was a chair in our room that my daughter sat on and she fell through it and ended up with a gash on her back from the screws that scratched her when we investigated the seat was snapped in half and not screwed in I left a note for housekeeping.

Good bed and great little Thai takeaway next door in the other hotel. This hotel supplies breakfast (as long as you collect it yourself before 7pm or you don’t get milk or breakfast). It’s supposed to be pet friendly but it’s hard to get a pet friendly room when booking via an app.

The property is old, Requested a room on ground floor and GOT. AC, fridge,Bed was great,comfy and clean. Only disappointment was the towels weren't renewed daily.which I thought were. Lucky there was a spare.

Was very disappointing. Continental breakfast was only cereal and bread. Bathroom smelt horrible and shower had mould and soap scum. Fridge isn't what pictures show was a tiny bar fridge just as well I took an esky. Toaster and kettle packed away in cupboard and the tea coffee and biscuits not enough for 3 people no spare blankets for if you get cold (thankfully my daughter had her own) upon check-in guy very friendly and nice but room wasn't ready we had to wait in car for 25 minutes then walk on wet tiles. The room looked nothing like photos on wotif. If travelling and not needing Fridge with freezer space then its ok for sleeping overnight beds were comfortable but they slide on floor when you get up and down off the bed. Only 1 chair provided for 4 people. Overall 2 star rating for cleanliness and convenience. 4 star for guy who checked us in and out. He was polite friendly and apologetic. Continental breakfast isn't Continental it's literally just cereal and bread for travellers who are travelling far that's definitely a disappointment.

Dirty ,noisy ...needed a receipt for accommodation and was refused.

Not good when your room is not serviced daily. I had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper constantly. Very disappointing, as the noise from the road was so loud, very hard to sleep. The motel is old and needs renovations, which I understand but no one should have to ask for their bed to be made, clean towels daily or toilet paper. The tea/coffee/2pkts of individual biscuits were never replaced. And never had a glasses/mugs replaced. We had to wash everything in boiled water from kettle. This is just unacceptable.

It was very old and quite dodgy

Had toaster. Microwave. Kettle. Fridge. No free tv. Bins too small . Soap holder in shower broken. Fridge door opens wrong way .under fridge rotten. Bathroom door needs replacing. Shower taps hard to turn off and leaks. Room curtain broken. Toilet seat loose. Seams we were given this room due to going through wotif and not their system.
