The beds were too hard and uncomfortable we were asked to wash the dishes but there wasn’t a sink available no enough car parking we had to leave our car on the street

Nice clean place

The room was fine ! But the tv was old ! And I couldn’t watch Netflix or YouTube . Hot water in shower kept going cold so the shower wasn’t very good either. At one point there was no hot water.

It is an old style motel but well renovated, staff friendly and efficient. I'd recommend it it for budget conscious travellers. There was construction noise but the motel warned of that

There was road construction very close by. We were warned ahead of time and it’s the only thing we didn’t like.

Staff were very friendly and room basic but clean

Hotel was close to everything, room was beat and tidy, only issue is timber blinds and no blackout curtins, light outside our room was a little bright trying to get to sleep, but other then that a great hotel

The place definitely does not have any street appeal. But staff were great and room was very clean and tidy . Bed also very comfortable. Was an over night work trip so was perfect but definitely not a family holiday destination.

Had to depart thr property at 11am due to road construction noises. No refund provided after requesting. Total rip off - be warned

Awesome property for kids

The room was dirty, mold in bathroom, blood on the wall, bugs found in the unit, the carpet was dirty behind the mini fridge (which was in bad shape) and behind the beds were also very dusty. The bed and sheets were the only rhing clean and tidy in there. The walls were paper thin, we could hear most conversations happening in the parking lot and as we were located on the ground floor, we could hear every step up the stairs which sounded like stomping. There was construction going on right outside the building, which is out of their control but something to keep in mind, they did give out ear plugs so it is obviously well noticed by the motel but not mentioned until the day we were set to check in, nor did the mention that there was two construction sites operating. Reception only open from 9am till 7pm. We were supposed to stay for two nights but left after the first due to the construction being too disrutbive for our 3 year old. They would not reimburse us.

Construction activities

Staff were lovely, its an old place but been renovated and is nice and clean. In a good spot for access to pacific fair and half hour drive to the theme parks. Carpark is small and can fill up, but you can park on the grass at the property next door. If i had one negative, the shower pressure wasnt the best 😁 Thank you for having us.

Good for the price- clean and convenient location

It felt like it was going to fall down..lights and fire alarm didnt work

No internet :( complained & they connected us to the office which cut out every minute. My daughter’s feet were filthy from walking around the room. Limited parking too Best thing was location and cheaper then other hotels Pay for what you get I guess

It was a bit annoying in the way of road works happening; beds were ok comfort wise, motel room was basic, convenient location with walking distance to pacific fair, internet kept playing up
