It was a simple functional motel room. For us it was a good location

Bathroom way to small for bigger people. TV very outdated and very limited in channels

POSITIVES: Leo the manager going w/ me from room to room trying to find a clean one & one where the air-con wasn’t rattling. Some improvements w/ the lighting…Sheets & towels seemed to be clean. NEGATIVES: Levi, who’s being trained to attend the front desk, giggled when I arrived & asked him whether the room had been vacuumed as I had requested (on this occasion & previously). He said: “Yeah, it’s pretty clean”. Explained to him the importance of working in hospitality & the expectations guests have of hotels they’re staying at should be taken seriously & more respectfully. Strange stains on carpet like spots of dye or blood. Carpet/floor hadn’t been fully vacuumed/cleaned. There were hair strands on the bedspread & a hair strand on the wall near the window! Flooring & one of the outlets near the bed were shabby, dirty & the skirting boards were makeshift w/ big gaps between the floor & wall. The toilet periphery & mouldings were dirty, w/ hair & debris. A sticker from underwear was left stuck on the bathroom door. Microwave was lopsided, appeared to have a missing base on one side (please see attached photo). Bathroom shelf slanted downwards so when anything was placed on the shelf, the item would roll down into the sink. The toilet roll holder had been affixed up high near where a person’s shoulder would be when sitting using the toilet. The space is so narrow, I’d hit my shoulder on the toilet roll holder which BTW is metal. No Valance on old bed base (All photos attached)

The place was very clean and the cleaning staff were excellent and very friendly and attentive. The place is close to a train station so all of Sydney is easily accessible. Also close to a shopping area. Have been using this place for years, it never fails to deliver. I highly recommend it to anyone.

The room was only cleaned once during my 4 day stay, minimum amount done, bed wasn't made, the only thing that was done was clean towels every day.

Booked on spur of the moment. Nice and clean, had all the facilities, easy parking. Reception was friendly. Would stay again

Positives: *Leo, the manager was wonderful; really lovely, happy disposition (even though it was a late check-in 10:30pm!) he smiled throughout the whole interaction & even gave me a complimentary bottle of water (a nice gesture). *Check-in process was simple, appropriate without anything jarring or drawn-out. *Parking: great it was free & on the property. *Very good air-con. *Bedding / mattress: surprisingly fantastic, supportive, firm, pillows were likewise, clean, crisp sheets & well-laundered towels. *Generally clean around the kitchenette / microwave / fridge - not perfect but ok. Negatives: *Very obviously only vacuumed the main central areas. All the peripheral spaces were dreadful; a build- up of dirt, hair, debris, small dead bugs etc. Please vacuum the entire room & bathroom fully & completely! *Room didn’t at all resemble the photo on the website! *Traffic noise very prevalent in the morning. *The water pipes were also audible. *The shower mixer was faulty, extremely problematic as was the shower head. Temperature couldn’t be retained. A 5 minute shower took nearly 20 minutes! *There’s no phone in the room. Guests need to contact reception using their cell phone. *Very dark colour scheme: it was stifling. *Chair very uncomfortable; had to do all my computer work admin. on the bed. Not a functional space. If the owners fix the above, it would be a nice, handy Motor Inn & business would boom. They already have the wonderful Leo!

駅から多少歩くがセントラルには目の前のバス停からバスで行けるのでアクセス面は申し分なかった。 スタッフも毎日タオルを交換してくれて、ある日には部屋に散らかしてた洗濯物を畳んでおいてくれたりもしてサービス面も十分すぎるものだった。 朝晩に飛行機の音はするが基本静かな環境で眠るには問題なかったし、宿泊費もリーズナブルで観光拠点としてベストなホテルだと思う。

Exceeded my expectations! Excellent value for money. Lovely clean bedding and comfy bed. Great shower in a clean and tidy new bathroom. Good TV and excellent quiet a/c. He staff responded to my booking request for a quiet room and allocated me a corner room which had minimum road traffic noise - I had a great night sleep - Thank you. I'd certainly stay here again and recommend a booking.

Accommodating staff and clean room. It would be good to have something to put on the door if you don't want housekeeping - no need to have new towels every day.

No dish detergent provided. Supermarket, restaurants, bus and train close by. Car park full one night but spot found for my car.
