Room was clean and tidy very quite and peaceful surrounding. Great host would stay again.

Great place to stay. Was upgraded to 2 bedroom unit for no charge. Clean, quiet, friendly with great coffee in a lovely rural setting. Would stay again

Very clean and comfortable to stay. The room is attached to the house of the owner, who is very friendly.

Not for me

They weren't expecting me, and the room wasn't ready. Renovations started at 7am, and the banging was annoying. Despite this, I would stay again. The hosts were lovely and very apologetic. Their dogs were friendly. I only required a bed to sleep in and a cup of tea in the morning.

Cozy comfortable rooms. Hosts went out of their way to make an enjoyable experience. A very pleasant stay.

Chris and Deb's Economy Double Room definitely exceeds expectations. My partner and I were expecting a smaller dingy little space with adequate sleeping arrangements and basic facilities. What we were met with was a very helpful Chris (We didn't have the pleasure of meeting Deb) who clearly takes pride in the space and hosting guests. The bed is comfortable and the room clean with all the usual expected amenities of a mid level hotel room. Recently they have also added a coffee machine which is a great touch and really appreciated. While the toilet and shower facilities are shared with the owners, they still feel somewhat private. There's no walking through to the other end of the house. They are on the other side of the (downstairs) walkway so you can duck in and out easily. They aren't hotel grade but for anyone agreeable with standard facilities they adequate, functional and comfortable. If I'm ever back up on the Sunshine Coast and in need of a place to stay I'll definitely keep this option in the forefront of my mind.

Great location. Very close to where we were attending a wedding. Shared bathroom with hosts which was not advertised.

Chris greeted us upon arrival and gave an informative rundown of Palmwoods. The bed was comfortable, although a little squeaky. Netflix was a bonus, and we watched a great movie after dinner. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

Lack of security and no privacy window for toilet and shower.

Chris was super helpful on our arrival after dark, greeting us at the carport with umbrellas because of the rain. He had upgraded us to the ultra comfortable villa suite where we luxuriated for the night after dining at a local hotel. Winston Cottage B&B is a gem of a place and would be a great base for exploring the region. Many thanks Chris & Deb ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice quiet property which suited my short stay overnight and host was very helpful. Highly recommend
