Location wasn’t bad. Clean apartment with washer.

Excellent property and great communication from the Abbie’s Team The only issue I had was with the car park which is one of the tightest and steepest I have come across. We got stuck in the car park for nearly an hour when another vehicle could not exit the ramp and kept sliding down

The place is far from advertised. There is no panoramic view. The area is terrible and unsafe. The lift is without the security, so anyone from the building can access your floor. The second bedroom is so small that to reach other side of the room, you have to roll over the bed. Few suspicious people were coming in and out of the property every 20-30mins which made us feel so uncomfortable. The code given to access the property was not possible to change, also there is no safe inside the property. I would not call that please as luxurious at all. After 3hours I’ve booked hotel closer to the city and moved out. Do not recommend that property at all.

Very clean, luxurious. Comfortable beds, clean linen. Excellent communication, prompt responses from the management team. Glad that we were able to leave our luggage on our departure day to go sightsee, & then pick it up later. Could NEVER get the microwave to work, unfortunately. So we could not heat up or cook anything in the microwave. There's no soap holder in the shower area; shower gel/shampoo etc. had to be kept on the floor. It was inconvenient. There's no a/c unit in the 2nd bedroom; made for a somewhat stuffy room.

Just a lovely property. Very quiet. Perfect. Would definitely recommend!

Eine wirklich tolle, geräumige Wohnung bei der es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. 5min Gehzrit von der U4 die direkt in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum ist. Der Check in war sehr einfach und die Kommunikation super. Es wurde immer sofort reagiert. Wenn wir nach Wien kommen werden wir definitiv wieder hier übernachten. Vielen Dank für die tollen Tage in Wien!

We booked 5 days in April 2025 for our family to visit Vienna ( just ended ) : really top this appartement, clean , communication , transport just the street next .. from our family it’s 5* that we can give to Abies home . Thank you and see you soon ☀️

Très bel appartement, bien situé, près du métro et donc du centre. Supermarché et restaurant très sympa et bon juste à côté. Côté pratique : manque une éponge et torchon vaisselle et du papier toilette.

Great location and staff was attentive and professional. Would certainly recommend for a nice location in Vienna.

The hotel wasn't clean to my standards. I have allergies, and the dust made me miserable. Spiders or bugs bit my daughter the first few night we did ask them to chnaher there sheets which helped. There was also cobwebs on the light fixtures and spiders too high for us to reach. There is no vending machine or ice machine, and the supermarket are closer early so if you arrive after 8pm, and you thirsty and don't want to go to a restaurant you are in trouble even worst if you arrive after 1130pm almost all the restaurants are closed so doubled screwed. There really isn’t a front desk so it’s hard to get help! No fan or ac so summer isn’t a good stay I would imagine.

Location was great and perfect for family. The view from dining room was spectacular to see both partial sunrise and full sunset.

We stayed here for five days as a family during winter. It is a quiet neighborhood and while not right downtown, there are different options to take public transportation to downtown. There are a few grocery stores on the corner. The apartment is spacious and check in was easy.

Nice place to stay with nice amenities

The apartment was very clean and about a 20 minute walk from Schönbrunn Palace.

Great lookout from the living room windows. The smaller of the two bedrooms does not have A/C so it can become stuffy if occupants are temperature-sensitive. Lots of seating space around the dining table with modern details/furniture. Master bedroom had ample space.

Lovely apartment in a quiet part of town. Easily accessible by public transport. Local restaurants, pharmacy and shops nearby . I had a wonderful 5 nights here. Communication was excellent via WhatsApp. I’d definitely recommend 😃

The location is less than ideal. It is far from city center and from most main attractions. Not many acceptable dining options near by. The apartment itself is not something I would describe as “luxury”. It is well appointed, but not very well maintained. For example, the bathroom has cracked tiles, bathtub access door has peeling masking tape around it and shower hose base is leaky when water pressure is on the higher side, the safe in the bedroom closet is not functional, and many other small things that are simply not on par. The “terrace” is just a small balcony. Finally, the hosting company communication was pretty atrocious. The apartment building address on Orbitz is not the correct address as the provided address does not actually exist. The hosting company did not provide instructions on the actual address and check in process by email and instead only sent a message through Orbitz which I did not see. So, I was circling around the neighborhood in a taxi looking for a nonexistent address and then struggled to get a hold of anyone so that I could check in. I did receive a text asking for passport information on WhatsApp. But I could not get through to anyone on WhatsApp because it was past 5PM. I was able to communicate via WhatsApp during business hours and they responded to my requests to get bedding and fresh towels. The cleaners came in on the 3rd day but did not do a good job, leaving dirty dishes in the sink. All in all, I cannot recommend this lodging option.

The property was very communicative and made the process easy. When there was an issue with the shuttle driver taking me to the wrong location, the property stepped in quickly and got the shuttle driver to come back and take me to the correct place. The property is well constructed and comfortable. It has easy access to the U-Bahn, as well as plenty of places to eat and shop. The trip to the central district is short and easy.

Wonderful people they did a great job of providing support and it worked out extremely well for the family
