The location is good, you can walk to landmarks comfortably. I think the only thing I would ask that they work on is the customer service of the front desk. Nothing bad, just it could have been better if they are nicer!

Facility is spare but clean. I would have rated excellent except that, when I booked an airport shuttle I was told we could pay with either card or cash. Yet when we paid with a card after the ride we had to pay an extra 5 euros for using the card! We should have been told this at the time of booking. This left a bitter taste after the stay; we would have used cash if we knew this.

Stayed here for a few nights and wasn’t overly impressed. The staff were kind but the room left a lot to be desired. The shower water constantly fluctuates from hot to cold. I noticed this is said by many other reviewers so not sure if they are planning on fixing this. Dirt on the walls and they only clean the room and replace towels if you stay for 8 nights or more which is a bit extreme and something I’ve never experienced before in Europe the many times I’ve been. We made it work but we won’t stay here again unfortunately.

Freundliche, hilfsbereites Personal, großzügige Zimmer mit toller Ausstattung und stauraum. Im 7. Etage mit Blick auf Stadt, Donau Park und Prater. Frühstück erfüllte den Zweck und war ausreichend.

Heel lekker ontbijt verzorgd door Suzanna. Zeer behulpzaam personeel! Spijtig at de ramen niet op kipstand kunnen staan, heel warm in de kamers en konden geen ramen open.

Lage sehr zebtral, Innenstadt und Prater sind fußläufig zu erreichen, Personal war freundlich, wirkte manchmal aber etwas desinteressiert. Wir hatten ein sehr großes Zimmer, die Küche mit Kühlschrank ist ausreichend bestückt, um sich kleine Dinge zu kochen. Das Bett fanden wir sehr hart, das ist aber sicherlich Geschmackssache. Etwas irritierend war, dass es im Bad keinerlei Duschvorhang für die Badewanne gab und man aufpassen muss, nicht das Bad zu fluten

Large spacious room

Oda temizdi, kahve makinesi ve kattle vardı, kahve kapsülleri bırakılmıştı, teşekkürler. Dolap, masa sandalye yeterliydi. odanın tek sorunu pencerenin açılamıyor olmasıydı, Merkeze yürüyerek ulaşılabiliyordu. İsteyenler için kahvaltı seçeneği vardı , biz denemedik, yorum yapamıyorum.

The hotel was in a central location, clean and spacious rooms and excellent service

O quarto estava mal cuidado, moveis velhos, colchão empoeirado e o chuveiro horrível (a agua revezava entre fria e fervendo, o que impossibilitava de tomar um banho decente).

We had a great stay. It was super comfortable and in a great area for you to reach the city pretty easy. The stuff was always helpful and nice

Hotel simples, bem localizado. No periodo em que me hospedei (baixa temporada) não havia equipe suficiente para atender à demanda (não consegui informações sobre atividades). Café da manhã bem fraco, poucas opções. Ponto positivo para a unica atendente do café da manhã, muito gentil e solícita.

The staff were great

We we were taken advantage of as we were tired from a long travel and charged 50 euro for an early check in just over 1 hour even though the room was ready

We stayed at this aparthotel with our two-year-old and overall found the experience mixed. We were allocated a small kitchenette room which unfortunately had no window, meaning there was no way to ventilate the space so we had to ask staff to do that. This made the room feel uncomfortable, particularly when staying with a toddler. The room amenities were not ideal for a young child, and the setup felt more suited to short adult stays rather than families. Cleaning was not included in the stay, and we chose to pay an additional €40 to have the room cleaned, which felt expensive given the size of the room. Breakfast was quite limited, with very few options available. The boiled eggs were cold and did not appear fresh. On a positive note, the hotel is in a walkable location, close to main attractions, which made getting around easy with a child. Additionally, the lady serving breakfast was polite and friendly.

Room was clean, the balcony view was beautiful and the amenities of gym, Sauna, and kids play area was nice
