The location is good, you can walk to landmarks comfortably. I think the only thing I would ask that they work on is the customer service of the front desk. Nothing bad, just it could have been better if they are nicer!

Excellent place to stay in Vienna. Very clean area and surroundings. Many restaurants, groceries are near by. The place is clean, and helpful staff. Bus stops are right infront of the hotel. Train station is close by at walkable distance. Highly recommend.

The view was spectacular from the 6th floor. I would like for them to take towels daily to the room instead clients having to go get them.

Très bon hébergement, personnel très serviable. Une exception, il est indiqué sur le descriptif un acces ethernet dans les chambres, en effet il y a bien une prise RJ45 avec les prises électriques du bureau. Elle ne fonctionnait pas dans notre chambre et le responsable de la réception nous a affirmé qu'il n'y avait aucun accès ethernet dans le chambres (!). Nous avons demandé à pouvoir télécharger un dossier volumineux avec un cable dans une salle de réunion ou autre car en WIFI c'était compliqué et ce même responsable n'a pas accédé à notre demande. L'information est donc soit erronnée si les prises ethernet ne sont plus en service dans les chambres, soit nous avons eu affaire à quelqu'un de mauvaise foi. Sinon je recommande cet aparthotel.

Property is well located and very convenient. Lots to do around and, since there’s a kitchen, the market is less than 5 minutes walking distance.

Does not worth the price, charged us 60 Dollars to check two hours early, they charge for towels after 1st day, sofa bed is terrible. Location is great in the city center but sure we can find better place with same price

War ok, Zimmer war sehr groß (hatten Junior Suite) gebucht, Espresso Maschine und Küchenausstattung war vorhanden, zentrale Lage und super Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Einzige Schwäche war die Schallisolierung. Wir waren im 3. Stock und der Verkehr und Lärm war zu hören.

Room was extremely hot and we were unable to open windows as the handles had been removed. Did not realise how suffocating and dark a courtyard view room would be so asked at reception if we could pay to upgrade to an outward facing room. We were told that they were all fully booked. However, I could see online that they weren't. I asked why we couldn't upgrade and they just said they were not available!!! I even took a picture showing that the rooms were still available. Asked if there was a fan but they said they didn't understand. The shower continuously went freezing to boiling. Fan in bathroom didn't work either which added to the heat intensity. Perfect if you want the bed in a corner against a wall and one of you wants to climb over the other if you want to get out. Someone randomly came in to service a towel raill whilst we were there which was also weird.

My husband and I stayed 6 nights in this hotel and we were very happy as everything was as we wished (very spacious bedroom, nice and well equipped kitchenette, excellent view on the side of the canal, very quiet environment). The hotel is close to all transportation means. In addition, we could check-in earlier for a fee because we travelled all night, coming from Canada. Arun, the receptionist, did his best to accommodate us quickly. The hotel does not have an A/C system, but in May, the temperature in Vienna was between 16 and 20° and we did not need it; we simply opened the window. A grocery store from the well known supermarket network Billa is close and we practically, bought there everything we wanted for the breakfast, according to our diet but other people were taking advantage of the breakfast offered by the hotel. Definitely, we recommend this hotel.

Het hotel ziet er prima uit. Het ontbijt is heerlijk en ook het personeel bij het ontbijt werkt hard en is vriendelijk. Onze bedden waren slecht, matrassen echt op, alsof we op een houten plank lagen. Hier hebben we iets van gezegd en gelukkig kregen we een topper over de matrassen heen, dat scheelde een hoop. Het personeel kijkt niet heel vriendelijk, maar is wel behulpzaam. De douche was ook slecht. Er kwam zo weinig water uit dat je amper de zeep van je lijf kon spoelen, laat staan dat je je haar kon wassen. En zoals zovelen al aangeven ging het van heet naar koud. Hier kon ook niks aan gedaan worden. De ligging is super fijn, dichtbij het centrum en de metro. Langs een drukke weg maar die hoor je niet. Dus op een aantal punten een fijn hotel en op sommige punten niet.

The staffs were helpful and courteous. The room has a modern look and clean, but the furnishings they used was really disappointing. The tables, cabinetry, and bed frame all have sharp edges and corners, that if you bump into them you will end up getting injured. I opened a cabinet door and it scraped the skin on top of my toe. Lighting in the bathroom was really dim and shower is almost like a trickle. They have laundry facility with two wash machines and one dryer. But the dryer was out of commission the whole 4 nights of our stay. But overall our stay was okay.

We stayed here for three nights and overall had a good experience. The location is excellent—within easy walking distance to the city centre, which we really enjoyed. The apartment was very spacious and generally clean, which made our stay comfortable. That said, the interiors felt a bit tired, and there were small details (like some dust on furniture) that made it feel less clean than expected. Nothing major, but noticeable. It’s also worth noting that this is a hotel apartment, so there is no daily housekeeping. We were aware of this in advance, so it wasn’t an issue for us. Overall, a convenient and comfortable place to stay, especially for the location and space, but with some room for improvement in upkeep and finishing touches.

Stayed here for 5 nights in April 2026, my wife and I had one room and my son and girlfriend a second room. I had previously stayed in the same apartments in Berlin. The apartments are conveniently located about 15 minutes walk from St Stephen's cathedral and 10 minutes from Mitte station which is the terminus of the airport train. There is some noise from the road but this is not excessive. There is a tram stop outside the accommodation and a supermarket within 5 minutes walk. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The facility to cook simple meals is very useful and we saved a lot of money not having to eat out and also buying coffees. There is a two ring hob, microwave with grill facility, small dishwasher and coffee machine. Would definitely stay here again and will look to use this chain for other city breaks.

Good property, great location, but a few things would improve the rooms. Our room was constantly very warm even with the window open. We had one small window with no view, the shower temperature oscillated between scalding and cold, and on the last morning of our stay, we had a small surprise - a mouse!
