The location is good, you can walk to landmarks comfortably. I think the only thing I would ask that they work on is the customer service of the front desk. Nothing bad, just it could have been better if they are nicer!

We stayed at this aparthotel with our two-year-old and overall found the experience mixed. We were allocated a small kitchenette room which unfortunately had no window, meaning there was no way to ventilate the space so we had to ask staff to do that. This made the room feel uncomfortable, particularly when staying with a toddler. The room amenities were not ideal for a young child, and the setup felt more suited to short adult stays rather than families. Cleaning was not included in the stay, and we chose to pay an additional €40 to have the room cleaned, which felt expensive given the size of the room. Breakfast was quite limited, with very few options available. The boiled eggs were cold and did not appear fresh. On a positive note, the hotel is in a walkable location, close to main attractions, which made getting around easy with a child. Additionally, the lady serving breakfast was polite and friendly.

The main issue we experienced during our stay was that the room was not adequately heated and felt quite cold, which made our stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the water temperature in the shower was unstable and kept alternating between cold and hot, making it difficult to shower comfortably.

Quiet, well located aparthotel. Very clean and nicely appointed room. Wish the Murphy bed still worked so there was seating in the room but other than that it was perfect.

Personal ist sehr freundlich, sowohl an der Rezeption, als auch im Speisesaal. Zimmer sind sehr sauber und alles modern und neu. Zu Fuß sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten prima in Wien zu erreichen. Gerne wieder😊

A conexão de internet do Wifi às vezes não funciona bem.

Mitarbeiterin Susanne vom Frühstück ist uns durch ihr Engagement, Fleiß und Freundlichkeit besonders aufgefallen.

Ich hatte ein Zimmer, bei dem man das Fenster nicht öffnen konnte. Ich fand hierfür nirgends ein Vermerk. Bei nicht funktionierender Klimaanlage war das ein absoluter Horror. Nach der 2. Übernachtung war man dann einverstanden mir ein anderes Zimmer zu geben, was dann doch positiv zu bewerten ist Beachten Sie Zimmer gegen den Innenhof können die Fenster nicht öffnen! Gelüftet wird bei Zimmerreinigung, welche nur alle 7 Zage stattfindet

The hotel is very clean. The room was spacious and spotless, and the breakfast was excellent. It’s also just a 15-minute walk to the Old Town.
