Das Appartment in der Hofwiesengasse von CheckVienna hat eine tolle Lage in der Nähe des S Bahnhofs Speising (zwei Stationen bis zum Hauptbahnhof in Wien) sowie an einer Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestelle, welche uns zuverlässig bis zum Schloss Schönbrunn und Westbahnhof gebracht haben, von wo aus man schnell und einfach in das Stadtzentrum von Wien gelangen konnte. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es in direkter Nähe der Unterkunft. Unsere Appartments selbst waren funktional mit einem Doppelbett, einer simplen Küche mit Herd/Ofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kaffemaschine und Wasserkocher, einem Tisch und einer Couch ausgestattet. Da in unserem ersten Appartment der Abfluss verstopft war, haben wir nach einem Anruf bei CheckVienna schnell und unkompliziert ein neues Appartment im Haus beziehen können. Leider sind die beiden Appartments nicht mehr im besten Zustand gewesen. Auf dem Laminat hat man einige Schrammen gesehen, im Badezimmer gab es Schimmelflecken, die Wände und die Zimmerdecke waren teilweise dreckig, im zweiten Apparment funktionierte der Fön nicht und auch der Kühlschrank kühlte dort nicht richtig runter. Außerdem war das Bett im zweiten Appartment bereits etwas durchgelegen. Die Küchenausstattung unterschied sich ebenfalls zwischen den beiden Apparments. Grundsätzlich bietet diese Unterkunft ein angemessenes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Jedoch könnte die Unterkunft gerne etwas besser gereinigt und gewartet werden.

Bonne communication afin de récupérer les clés, très bon rapport qualité-prix. Transports en commun (S-bahn) à proximité. Immeuble calme.

Ok for short stay. Bathroom is really small.

It was very great, fully equipped and everything is functioning well. There are no air conditioner but it was just perfect if the degree stay below 25C.

Wir hatten ein Appartement im oberen Stockwerk. Zwei große und bequeme Betten in zwei Räumen, der eine Raum ist mit Kombi Esstisch und Küche und groß. Es sind schöne hohe Räume, die Schrägen stören gar nicht. Es fährt die Schnellbahn nebenan, uns störte das Fahrgeräusch der Züge nicht.Die Kommunikation war super und die Anbindung zur Stadt ist sehr gut. Eine tolle Wohnung zu einem erschwinglichen Preis.

Apartamento impecável, próximo de mercados e pontos de ônibus.

Overall, acceptable experience. However, the cleanliness level of sofa and bathroom, and multiple spiders gracing us with their existence left something to be desired. Was it too bad? No, sufficient enough. Would I visit again or recommend? No, again. Probably going for higher price for better experience next time.

Das Apartment war herunter gekommen und schmutzig. Nach unserer Reklamation wurde zwar kurz durch gewischt, war danach aber genau so verdreckt wie vorher. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Das Apartment hat eine gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in der Nähe, was wirklich sehr gut war. Doch die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig und einige der Einrichtungen ins besondere der Küche fallen auseinander. Nochmal würden wir dort nicht übernachten wollen.

The property's nice,clean, good wifi, I stayed with my 2friends and we enjoyed the location, close to the metro and train, very quite and safe area

The apartment was clean and quiet, there was a walk-in closet which avoided clutter in the living area. the supply of coffee, creamer etc. was very convenient, also the laundry detergent available in the laundry room. We were able to check in early by arrangement and communication was very good. Train, bus and tram stops were nearby, providing easy access to the inner city and other surrounding areas, and it was close to Schoenbrunn palace. Washing machines and dryers looked new, the only problem was that the dryers hardly dried the laundry, despite multiple extra cycles - maybe the vent pipes from them were blocked with lint. There was no elevator :( I found the building design to be interesting - the apartments in the side wings had little round windows on either side as well as a large picture window.

Check in super problemlos. Möbel etwas abgewohnt. Küche tlw. Nicht sauber, das restl. aber schon. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Apartment could be cleaner as the grounds and uder beds was dirty. Beside cleaning all was good :) Be carefull with the sting insect as they are go inside when you open windows

The Appartmenthouse is not close to the city center but you need to pay for the parking on the street! Unfortunately that is like that on weekdays everywhere in Vienna. The furniture is worn off and we needed to wash the dishes! The bed was clean as well as the bathroom more or less. There is a Tassimo caffee machine with capsules which is good. In general I would not go back unless it is absolutely necessary. There was someone changing the lock of the door on the first floor at 3 am Sunday which is not happening all the time but it ruined our night! Otherwise there was no noise but consider that the tram goes directly under the window quite early every day!
