I love this place and I've stayed here twice already and can't wait for the next time! The hotel's decoration is old style Austrian rustic feel, that makes you feel like Julie Andrews is gonna pop at any moment and sing. The mountain view is breathtaking, the location is walking distance from the village of Igls, and there is a hiking trail in the forest right behind it. The staff is enthusiastic and helpful and the accommodation comfortable and restful. I can't recommend this place enough!

Minha reserva, feita no meu nome, foi parar no nome de NICOLAS (que nem sei quem é), por mensagem, o hotel avisou para pegar as chaves que estavam no nome dele. Eu não sei quem é Nicolas e até agora não sei onde foi parar a reserva com meu nome, restando apenas o sobrenome.
A recepção fechava 18h e não havia ninguém no local para auxiliar, as chaves só ficam no lado de fora onde qualquer um pode pegar. E lá estavam a chave em nome de Nicolas.
Além disso, reservei e paguei MAIS CARO por um quarto com vista para as montanhas. Chegando fui surpreendida com uma bela vista para apartamentos, no lado contrario.
No quarto, havia papel dentro do vaso de papel higienico, a tampa um pouco suja (e de novo, ninguém para auxiliar). Além disso, fomos surpreendidos com quartos SEM geladeira, nunca vi isso em nenhum hotel. Meu pai possui medicamentos que precisam ficar dentro da geladeira e infelizmente não conseguiu.
O hotel não possui elevador, causando dificuldades para subir com a mala.
No dia seguinte, no checkout a equipe do hotel foi prestativa mas também, já não podiam fazer nada mais.

Good location on the edge of the village, room was large and great view but I would say that is the best thing about the hotel.
The hotel is very basic and dated with limited facilities.
No tea or coffee facilities in the room, no bar open, breakfast very basic and expensive for what was on offer.
Very dated TV in rooms so could not connect to streaming TV likes of Netflixs, so not really much to watch, could go downstairs to the bar/reception as this was shut, so you need to go into the village for anything to do (and this was very limited on places to go).
Staff was very pleasant and tried to help with ideas on where to go.
Maybe it would be different in summer and the hotel may open the areas???
Needs to update the photos on the websites as it is not what is advertised.

The location was ideal for us to venture easily into Innsbruck by bus - bus stop was less than 2 minute walk away. Our room had a beautiful view of the mountains and was spacious and clean. The friendly staff was eager to assist us and followed through with our requests i.e. another blanket for the room. There are no extras in the room i.e. coffee maker or small fridge which would have been nice. Restaurant was only open for the pre-purchased breakfast only at this time. The area had neat stores and restaurants as well as walking paths in the forest - some leading to the Ski Resort. We took the Cable Car ride up the mountain which overlooked the area including Innsbruck. Two nights stay here qualified us to receive the Welcome Innsbruck Card that they gave us at check in. This was a nice perk as it granted us free bus transportation in the region and discounts on local attractions. We were only here for 2 nights - appears to be lots to do in the area - summer and winter. We would easily stay here again!

Die Betten und Frühstuck sind gut aber die Zimmer sind sehr alt un datiert seit 1980 nichts mehr unterhalten. Keine neue Tucher alles war in die Halle gelegt und nicht aufgeraumd. Für eine nachte oke aber nicht langer.
