Frühstück war sehr gut und Personal sehr freundlich.

I was in this beautiful region for two big family parties and needed also rest and peace in between, but it was very hard to get a good nights sleep with a lot of noise and action and commotion in the hotel, and even the cleaners knocking on the doors loudly at 9 AM, also breakfast only running till 10 AM which I didn’t like so much on the weekend… Otherwise all very pleasant and loved that they have pedalos for free use at the river.

They did not answer our question before we arrived. An automatic message informs us (few days before) that the main building is air-conditioned but the others are not. I send a message (5 days before, during this period our reservation can be canceled free of charge) to find out where our room will be and if there is air conditioning... no answer. I inform them that we have an 8 month old baby and that it is important for us to have air conditioning. When we arrived, the receptionist could not find a solution because the hotel was full. Maybe if you read your customers' message first, you can find a solution before they arrive. And if there is no availability, we understand and modify our choice of hotel. It's August, it's very hot and we haven't slept well as a result (adults and babies alike). I recommend that you choose a hotel with air conditioning. If you have a special request, no one can help you. Additionally, there is no equipment for disabled people, strollers or heavy luggage. However, the beakfast is good. The beach is cool but not at the front of the hotel, you have to cross the road. We will not come back.

Es war Solala, für den Preis hätte ich viel mehr erwartet. Unsere Zimmer war in Nebengebäude zweite Stock, Blick auf Innenhof, personal zu laut, am Abend Lärm von Küche, Dusche fließt nicht ab, und der Strand ist nicht auf Gelände, Muss man zufuß hingehen Nächste Mal buchen wir wo anders Und die zwei Zimmer was ich nebeneinander haben wollte, waren in verschiedenen Gebäude, bei der Buchung angegeben vor 3 Monaten

This property is located in a beautiful place, room was ok, and staff was friendly. However the hotel site and the ad are misleading and I will explain why. My friends and I were on a two week road-trip and this was our final stop before driving home to Germany. We selected the hotel and decided to pay a little extra because this place advertised a beautiful Spa and wellness area, open year round (this still shows on the site). After a long drive we arrive to the hotel only to find that the spa is closed during summer, receptionist explained that they would open the spa on request. We requested the spa only be denied by the owner. The owner not only denied access to the spa, she also loudly yelled at us in Austrian. Definitely a bad experience that broke our mood the final day of the trip. Won’t be stopping here again.

L'hôtel est e style ancien au niveau du conffort. Pas d'air conditionné, pas d'ascenseur pour monter les étages, ce qui est pénible pour les personnes âgées ou si vous avez une valise volumineuse.

gemütlich, sauber und gut gelegen

Sehr gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, auch wenn man nicht mit Auto anreist. Freundliches Personal, welches stets hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend ist. Einfacher und schneller Check-In sowie Check-Out. Schönes gemütliches Zimmer welches in 3 Bereiche aufgeteilt ist(Schlafzimmer, Bad, Vorraum).

Emplacement idéal à la sortie de Klagenfurt, pas de charme particulier pour l’hôtel qui est dans le standard de la région mais bon rapport qualité / prix, juste en face vous trouverez un supermarché si besoin. Point central pour visiter la région. L’hôtel dispose d’une plage privée sur le canal qui mène au lac, endroit bucolique ! Petit déjeuner copieux avec un personnel à l’écoute

Décevant. L’accueil était très froid et il n’y avait jamais personne à la réception, il fallait toujours sonner pour être répondus. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur et aucune aide n’a été offerte pour déplacer les valises. Il n’y avait pas d’air climatisé à la chambre. Il y avait un balcon qui était inaccessible. La salle de bain est minuscule. Le déjeuner est bien.

Check in was polite, efficient and available late due to a very delayed flight. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Room had a few querks but not anything to avoid. Breakfast (included) was a self service cold buffet and well stocked. Check-out was equally efficient. I would stay again.
