Our stay here was only for one night, but it was very enjoyable! We would have stayed longer if we could've. Great service! We checked in at about 7:45 pm after a long day of driving and hiking, the front desk ensured we had a table prepared for dinner (which was supposed to end at 8 pm). The waiter was incredibly pleasant, despite us showing up late, and when he found out I was vegan he accommodated a whole 5 course meal for me! The food was amazing! The wine was excellent - we had a bottle recommended by the waiter, I can't remember the name of it. The friendly service topped off the whole experience. We also received some assistance in picking our hike for the next day from the lady at the front desk. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. I would love to return here some day!

We booked an apartment with two bedrooms in the old part of the hotel and were very disappointed in the condition and atmosphere. So, we upgraded to two suites which were both delightful, spacious, airy with mountain views. We had half board, delicious dinners and excellent buffet breakfast, great to start the day with all the adventures in the area - hiking, rafting etc and the sauna, steam room and pool in the hotel. We rented the Hotel's electric mountain bikes which were fantastic. Staff really friendly and very helpful. Loved our 3 days at the Waldhof.

Mit seiner zentralen Lage, nur 10 Gehminuten von Ötz und der Seilbahnstation sowie mitten im Ötztal bietet das Hotel einen guten Ausgangspunkt für alle Aktivitäten. Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Mit dem neu eröffneten Außenpool bietet es neben der Saunalandschaft eine weitere neue Freizeiteinrichtung. Die Größe der Zimmer ist ausreichend - nicht riesig aber OK. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und sehr gut - eine Mischung aus Buffet zum Frühstück und Service am Platz am Abend. Für ein "ausgezeichnet" fehlt allerdings manchmal der letzte "Pfiff".

Das Hotel ansich ist gut das Essen und der Service misserabel. Viel zu überteuertes essen dafür dass erstens die portionen viel zu klein sind und zweitens das essen kalt war. Zudem waren die Zutaten sowohl das Fleisch als auch das Gemüse tiefgefrohren.

Alles in Allem war ich zufrieden mit Zimmer, Service und Frühstück. Wegen der direkten Lage an der Hauptstrasse empfielt es sich die Fenster während der Nachtruhe geschlossen zu halten.

wir 2E + 2 K haben uns in dem 60 qm Appartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Aus meiner Sicht gibt es nichts besseres für eine Familie mit bis zu 3 Kindern. Zimmer, Pool und Wellnesbereich waren sehr sauber und nie wirklich überfüllt und das bei Vollbelegung. Die Ausstattung ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch ist das eher eine Geschmacksfrage.Bemerkenswert war auch, dass wir im Apartment insgesamt 3 Flachbildschirme hatten.

Wir sind mit dem Motorrad angereist. Zum Motorradfahren war die Lage des Hotels ideal. Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt, das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Essen sehr gut. Wenn ich wieder in diese Gegend komme, werde ich wieder dort Übernachten.

Das Hotel ansich ist gut das Essen und der Service misserabel. Viel zu überteuertes essen dafür dass erstens die portionen viel zu klein sind und zweitens das essen kalt war. Zudem waren die Zutaten sowohl das Fleisch als auch das Gemüse tiefgefrohren.

Alles in Allem war ich zufrieden mit Zimmer, Service und Frühstück. Wegen der direkten Lage an der Hauptstrasse empfielt es sich die Fenster während der Nachtruhe geschlossen zu halten.

Nel complesso struttura molto bella. Personale preparato ed accogliente. Ottima la cucina. Dopo una giornata in moto, che abbiamo sistemato in garage chiuso, abbiamo avuto modo di apprezzare anche una confortevole piscina completa di idromassaggi

wir 2E + 2 K haben uns in dem 60 qm Appartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Aus meiner Sicht gibt es nichts besseres für eine Familie mit bis zu 3 Kindern. Zimmer, Pool und Wellnesbereich waren sehr sauber und nie wirklich überfüllt und das bei Vollbelegung. Die Ausstattung ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch ist das eher eine Geschmacksfrage.Bemerkenswert war auch, dass wir im Apartment insgesamt 3 Flachbildschirme hatten.

Wir sind mit dem Motorrad angereist. Zum Motorradfahren war die Lage des Hotels ideal. Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt, das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Essen sehr gut. Wenn ich wieder in diese Gegend komme, werde ich wieder dort Übernachten.
