Everything is excellent.

Horrible, me picaron bichos en la cama, pagamos por cuartos en pisos altos para que fueran habitaciones silenciosas y se lo especifique a la de la recepción y nos puso justo en frente de la puerta de habitación de servicio donde abrian y cerraban la puerta durante toda la noche, un abuso total. Los baños asquerosos, lavamanos roto, bañera llena de moho y super antigienica con cortinas en la bañera que apestaban. Jamas nos quedaremos.

bar was so good but not easy to find free table

The hotel is centrally located, all major attractions are within 20-30 minute walk. Our family had a comfortable stay - the beds are super comfy, rooms were generously sized by European standards and offered great amenities. This hotel offers a very nice sauna to relax after walking in cold weather. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

We spent 4 nights over a week at the Intercontinental Vienna. Pricing was of "luxury" level, but the last checkin our room was not ready at 1530. We were given drink vouchers, which there was no seating and no one at the bar willing to assist. We were told to come back 30 minutes later (no one helped with bags), room still wasn't ready and we were given no new estimate. We felt we had to get more assertive with the front staff making it uncomfortable for all. A manager then worked to give us rooms which were ready. This should have been done from the beginnning.

This hotel needs to be renovated. Dirty carpets everywhere, breakfast was equivalent to Denny's including the room where it was set up. Front desk staff was unhelpful. The concierge never answered their phone. The only reason I gave it two stars was because of the location.

The hotel is very nice and the staff are friendly. The hotel is a bit more expensive, but not overly so. We arrived a bit early, 1 hour before official check in time, and our wasn't ready.

Las almohadas demasiado finas y las camas no tienen sábanas, para el precio del hotel se espera que al menos haya sábanas y mucho mejor las almohadas. El desayuno está bien de cantidad pero no se alta calidad

Loved the staff

Muy mal servicio del personal, con excepción de la chica que nos recibió y el personal del desayuno… Botones groseros y terribles. Meseros no les podías pedir una recomendación por que se enfadaban y muy mal modo. No es el trato que estamos acostumbrados en los intercontinentales. Por sentarnos a esperar nuestro transporte el bottones se molestó y otra empleada del lugar nos paró diciendo que era solo para huspedes, a lo que le contestamos que lo eramos… le hizo comentarios en aleman a otro empleado que los sudamericanos no sabemos seguir ordenes. No vuelvo a este hotel jamas.

It is an old hotel that needs to be remodeled

Overall excellent, remarkably delightful breakfast and beautiful cafe on site. The hotel was nicely decorated for Christmas. The location is very convenient (100 m walk) to the Stadtpark U-bahn stop, only one stop from Wien-Mitte and the CAT (Vienna Airport Express Train). Very convenient location, also to the Schwartzenburg Platz S-bahn stop. Highly recommended because of the kind and efficient staff, location, and quality rooms. Excellent value overall, zero complaints.

Só uma observação: na chegada fomos atendidos por um recepcionista mal humorado. Mas a equipe toda foi muito atenciosa e educada. Asim naonao posso deixar de dar excelente!
