The place is very beautiful next to the lake. The breakfast is also wonderful. We enjoyed the lake view and the houses across the lake that look like doll houses

Incredible setting - highly recommend getting a lakeview room. Great path for walking or running alongside the lake, I would suggest the path to the left along the road.
The pool and Spa were awesome, such a fantastic way to relax and enjoy time in the mountains. The pool is a little heavy on chlorine, but a wonderful setting. The spa has great sauna options and an area to sit back and relax. There was no exercise equipment, which would have been nice, but everything else was good.
Breakfast was included with the room and probably the best breakfast we had during our 10 day trip around Switzerland, Ausria and Germany. Highly recommend!!

Real view is not beautiful as in advertising picture. Very expensive and not worth the price. My room can not see any beautiful view. Rural and old hotel and far from town. Suit for people who use car. We can not sleep all night because in the night there're bad smell in room, it's bad smell like puke and there're some little noise in the room and we don't know that where dose the sound come from? It seems like ghost. Kitchen and bin are locate near headboard and bed,you will see old kitchen when you sleep all night. It's very bad decorations. Cover sheet and bed are so dirty, there're blood stain in it. Hotel did not clean it perfectly. There is some bed sheet napkin under the bed. Certain in room is very transparant and can not shield the sunlight. No air conditioning, so it' s very hot room.

Acho um absurdo um hotel n atender uma família c criança pequena q chega cansada a propriedade, com mesas disponíveis e dizer q não pode atender no restaurante do hotel. Muito descaso c os clientes q buscam uma estadia tranquila e passa transtorno. Achei muito mal
Educado a falta de atenção. Meu quarto era bom porém estava com muita poeira, não estava limpo. Café da manhã valeu demais, além de uma vista incrível, excelente qualidade

The front desk was particularly helpful and friendly. We stayed in one of the recently renovated rooms at the hotel. Get a room on the 3rd floor with a view of the lake. You won’t regret it. Hotel rooms a clean and spacious, even for our party of 4. The breakfast was included and was very, very good. They also have a pretty good restaurant. Again with great views of the lake.
On the downside, there isn’t very much for kids to do. There is a very, very small playground close to the lake but that’s about it. You can walk along the lake but the kids are over it in a couple of hours. The grounds could be challenging explore if you have mobility issues. Somewhat hilly. Grounds need a serious landscape redesign.
Great for couples but I would spend more than one day with young kids.

The staff were amazing as was eveything about this Hotel.
From the spectacular views to the walks surrounding it, it was amazing.
Our room / apartment was huge and spacious with a wrap around balcony.
If we had any criticisms it would be the pillows were slighty uncomfortable and that my wife did struggle with some food choices being Gluten and Dairy free (this seems to be the case throughtout Austria though).
But the food we all did have was fantastic.

Zimmerreinigung war schlecht - an einem Tag gab es überhaupt keine Reinigung. Armaturen im Bad veraltet. Wasser tw. nur lauwarm. Sehr schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

This hotel is in a very beautiful area. Our room had a beautiful view of the lake and surrounding mountains and the room was beautifully decorated and very spacious. The breakfast buffet was great and included in our stay. There was only one restaurant on site and you pretty much had to get everything from the restaurant such as any snacks, wine, etc. That would be my only knock on the hotel. It would have been nice to have a little market nearby on the property or at least a vending machine. Otherwise, we have no complaints whatsoever. Great place.

2 nätter i familjerum som var riktigt stort, rymligt och fräscht, det som lyfter hela upplevelsen är läget och utsikten precis vid sjön. Perfekt läge för utflykter. Detta i sig gör att man accepterar övriga småskavanker. I det stora hela en positiv upplevelse men finns brister framförallt i frukost erbjudandet som var virrigt och oinspirerande. Lång väntetid och slut på mycket. Spa avdelning medelmåttig.
