Clean rooms, specialist staff

Borizar was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He was a wonderful host and a great support whenever we needed anything. Very welcoming, kind, and responsive — he truly made our experience much better. We really appreciate his hospitality and would gladly stay again.

This hotel surprised me because the rooms were spacious compared to the one we stayed in Paris Eiffel Tower location. It’s newer and modern, clean and smells amazing. It’s is walking distance to restaurants, sights and shopping and the train station is a few steps away. We didn’t try the restaurant because we wanted to try the restaurants around the hotel. They use virtual concierge which was very efficient. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very comfortable with premium additions including free water and top bath accessories.

Nice central (relatively) location, close to the red and green lines as well as trams. Walking distance to St. Stephan (-20 min). Will recommend.

Room was okay, there was a rather annoying beep which could have came from the crossing below, plus the road noise is rather loud. Staff were okay, when we ran out of toilet paper (due to housekeeping not replenishing it) they said go to the communal bathrooms downstairs and get some. Housekeeping come rather late in the afternoon so bear this in mind if you want an afternoon relax in your room as you may not be able to. Shower in the room was okay, it runs directly from the hose so it’s like a jet, plus the step into the shower from the bath is pretty steep!

Stayed in this hotel recently. I liked the location. 10-12 min tram ride or maybe a 20 min walk from the main touristy area which is nice. Good property with clean rooms and ample parking space. The staff at the reception were super freindly.

Ich habe im Hotel Wien City übernachtet und war insgesamt zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt. Das Hotel war sauber und ordentlich, was mir besonders wichtig ist. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung – es gab eine ausreichende Auswahl, auch wenn es nichts Außergewöhnliches war. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das Personal: sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Man hat sich direkt willkommen gefühlt. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist die Parksituation. Es gibt keine direkten Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel, aber etwa 600 Meter entfernt befindet sich eine Tiefgarage von APCOA. Diese ist zwar etwas eng, dafür aber preislich günstig und gut erreichbar. Insgesamt ein solides Hotel, das ich vor allem wegen des tollen Services weiterempfehlen kann.

I asked for walk in shower and they gave me only a bath. I messaged them multiple times to book me airport transfer. They took 4 days to reply and then it was too late. Flies in my bathroom. Breakfast staff abrupt and rude. Won’t stay here again
