Excellent staff!

Loft room #544, Room spotless, fabulous size, kitchenette just outside the door. Quirky stylish hotel - yes they will lend you an electric guitar. Staff very friendly and helpful (local knowledge) breakfast superb. Great location- only a short walk from AirPort Express and public transport is super efficient.

Rooms were nice and clean but no tea and coffee facilities. You have to use an area by the lifts to make one. Didnt try breakfast. Nice coffee shop a few doors away to the right.

Clean, stylish, quiet. The only negative (and I'm nitpicking here) is that the room could've done with more storage, such as drawers. We were in a loft room, with plenty of space for a larger wardrobe or chest of drawers. It would've also been nice to have a fridge and kettle in the room but we managed fine with the free tea/coffee on the 5th floor.

La stanza non particolarmente comoda per l'utilizzo del bagno presente all'ingresso e con accesso alla doccia dall'ingresso della parte riservata al water, dove non funzionava l'aereatore. Per il resto la camera era comoda e pulita. Discreto il servizio in genere. Interessante la location.Ottima la posizione dall'aeroporto e per il centro.

We didn’t add the (very expensive) breakfast. The roof was clean and adequate but very cramped. The shower is a giant open glass box in the middle of the room and it was quite a hike to our room. My biggest dislike is the total lack of service. The “self checkin” is a pain in the butt and when I wrote ahead for some advice on getting there from the airport got a canned answer that they don’t offer that service- absolutely not what I asked. The bar also had an outrageously loud DJ playing awful techno on Friday night. Otherwise, loved the location and the new Lebanese restaurant on the ground floor was wonderful.

Hôtel très bruyant, musique et surtout les basses qu'on entend jusque minuit passé. Équipement insuffisant dans la chambre (pas d'armoire ni penderie, juste 2 crochets et 4 ceintres), idem salle de bains. Trop cher pour ce que c'est.

The hotel offers a very minimalistic design, but was impeccably clean and its location provides excellent access to public transportation.

Excellent room, very clean and comfortable and has a lot of cute, small details from the history of the building. Really enjoyed the shower concept, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Great location and was close to the u bahn.

Das Hotel ist direkt in bzw über den Sofiensälen aus dem Zimmerfenster hat man direkt auf die dachfenster des saales geblickt. Da eine veranstaltung stattgefunden hat war es extrem laut und an schlaff nicht zu denken. konnte um 1 uhr nachts zimmer wechseln, mäßig besser da sich der bass gut im gebäude überträgt. einfach konzeptfehler - hotel in oder auf einem veranstaltungszentrum zu haben. service feundlich, hotel schick, lage gut aber wenn man nicht schlafen kann ist es halt ein sehr schlechtes hotel.

El personal ha sido muy amable, sobretodo el de los desayunos. La ubicación es sin duda otro de los grandes atractivos. La habitación limpia y muy espaciosa, pero con algunas cosas que se podrían mejorar.

Staff are excellent cooperative supportive I got 2 drink for free in two days as well. Massive room with excellent shower room inside and lovely soaps and shampoo! However, the room did contain nothing, no tea or coffee makers! to get any drink have to go to the reception! No phone on the room No noise isolation, I used to awake up every night from massive noise from parties

The staff was very nice! I forgot his name, I think he was the leader there, He was nice to us as we complained about the bathroom's plumbing was smell so bath. He tried to supports with odor spay and gave my room guess chocolates. Although, when I left after 2 nights, I handed to the young man at the reception at the time - a different person, the 2 post cards with stamp already and asked him if he could drop to mail to back to USA as I head to Croatia. Both my siters and friend at architect firm never got it. He could have been lost it or never paid attention to it. Just very unfortunately.

Hotel molto caratteristico, camere pulite, bello il locale per la colazione, di buona qualità. Nota negativa: il sabato sera la sala da ballo si anima e la musica è molto alta e va avanti fino a notte fonda...

within walking distance to Landstraße City Airport Train and S-Bahn/U-Bahn. However the room is extremely small and have no view at all (by no view it means the windows are blocked) The design of walk-in shower is transparent (made with glass) and can be seen from the sleeping area, which my friend and I feel super embarrassed when using it. And if you are of bigger size, don’t even think of using the walk-in shower. It is just a small cubicle and it only has a lil gap from the door for you to get in. The location of the reception is weird too. It locates on the 2nd floor where it is also a bar restaurant. What makes it worse is: there are some staircases going downwards to the reception. This is very inconvenient for travellers w/luggage but if you are only with a backpack you would be fine. The pricing for our stay is around €200/night. It is on a Saturday but it is not worth for the €200. Would avoid this hotel if I were you.

Nice room

War bereits das zweite Mal da, denke es wird leider kein drittes Mal mehr. Es gibt viele Kleinigkeiten die zu Reparieren sind und was extrem stört ist der sehr starke Kanalgeruch aus dem Abfluss von Dusche und WC. War in beiden Zimmern so. Würde ich nicht mehr buchen. Leider. Sonst Restaurant und Frühstück und auch Lage sind sehr gut.
