In a wonderful area. Great location to everything, transportation, and all attractions. Martin, the manager, was very responsive. However, the property was not ready at 5 pm, with a check-in time of 3 pm. It was never cleaned, dirty sheets and towels were provided. I think the cleaning crew just swept off the hair from the previous guests' of beds. No products, such as soap or shampoo, were provided. Martin delivered the next day, as he was very friendly and suggested we use dishwashing soap to shower the first night. Could not buy anything as it was a holiday and all the stores were closed. The biggest issue not cleaned for our stay, but it had not been cleaned in a long time. Leftover toilet paper rolls from previous guests, and rugs have not been vacuumed or cleaned in years. The dust was collected since the time of Shubert, a famous composer who lived in the building in the early 1800s. The dust was so bad that my son developed a severe asthma attack, so we had to find an emergency pharmacy to get him medical attention. I would recommend the location and size of the property. Loud and noisy all day and night, as many restaurants and bars are below and around the area. It was hot, so the windows were open. If smoke bothers you, a lot of cigarette smoke is coming into the apartment. It was great to go anywhere; all the restaurants in the area were fabulous. But come prepared with clean sheets and towels, and be ready to clean before you enjoy your vacation.

El lugar está muy bien ubicado. Pero necesita mejorar mucho la limpieza interior, pintaron dos paredes en mi estancia, pero deben trabajar en quitar el mal olor al interior de las coladeras, en verificar que el cliente reciba limpio (ni habian barrido, habia cabello y peluza en el piso), en dar ropa de cama limpia y en buen estado. Estaba rota y con cabellos de usos anteriores. Expedia debe verificar dar al cliente un servicio que ya cobró, pues no ofrecieron un hostal. En este lugar no te hacen la limpieza ni antes de que llegues, ni durante tu estancia.

Cold inside and poor condition as frankly saud

Great location and price, old world charm building. Apartment is sparsely furnished and lack of lighting in hallways was frustrating. Heated floors in bathroom were wonderful but multiple long hairs in bathroom were not. Didn't spend a lot of time in the space but for the money a good option. Convenient to transportation as well.

Great accommodations for my family during our visit in Vienna! The location was ideal, and it was wonderful to be able to walk to everything we wanted to visit and do. Vienna is a lovely city! The apartment and the building are attractive and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Tutto ok ottimo soggiorno

Great location, sloppy presentation. Sheet too small for bed. Slat on one bed broken leading to soft spot. Not all dishes clean on arrival. No hand soap in bathroom. Blinds broken in both of the bedrooms one can not raise. Several outlets are non functioning. Refrigerator does not cool well. Kitchenette sloppy and thrown together. No soap for dish washer.

Perfect location. In the very center of the city. Schubert was walking those stairs and lived in that walls. It was my business trip. At that price it was not easy to find an apartment in the center before Christmas. So I saved money and time. Close to the subway, supermarket. My travel goals did not require any special accommodation except "where to sleep, where to take shower, dry my hair, iron clothes". So I liked almost everything in the apartment I stayed. (It was cool for me in the bathroom (no heater). As for Three Star apartment it has everything it might have, plus historical building, perfect location.

Good location but the room is not clean , a lot of dust everywhere, the floor is noisy.Water when shower is not go down.

190.- Euro, puh Nice Area but the Appartement was not as great as the price let you believe.TV did not work, shower, Water cold and weak

Las almohadas son una porqueria, media habitacion no tenia corriente para poder cargar un celular

Super-tolle Lage. Appartement ansonsten sehr enttäuschend. Mangelnde Sauberkeit, Bettwäsche mit Löchern, Haare klebten daran, Staub, Spinnweben etc. Kaputter Boden. Küche/ Aufenthaltsraum muffig und ausreichende Beleuchtung nur mit Ventilatorengeräusch. Beuler-Geräusche auch nachts. Badezimmer ohne Badeteppich. Keine Küchenhandtücher. Küchenlappen gebraucht und schmutzig.
