The Landmark Hotel

I was offered a nice room with a sea view immediately upon arrival. Everything seemed to work. Room cleaning was okay, but I think they did not use vacuum cleaning often or left some areas dusted. Once I was almost denied pool access at 10:00 pm, although the reception said they close at 10:30. Breakfast was very modest and same everyday.

Very nice hotel, clean and spacious rooms, excellent service.

Great room, perfect location, internet bit clumsy. Swimming pool and free drinks on the evening. lovely breakfast.

10 minutes walk to city center. delicious restaurants nearby: Thai, Chinese, Italian, Japanese. Good restaurant in the hote. Big infinity-pool in the 9th floor. Huge fitness center. Friendly and skilled English speaking personnel. Great view. All just fine.

This hotel is situated in the same building as the Spanish embassy. The reception of the hotel is located on the 19th floor and offer an amazing view of the city and also the water. The room itself is very spacious. The large bathroom has a bath tub and a shower. Each room also has complimentary bottles of water and soft drinks, which is very convenient on warm summer days. The area around the hotel is calm at night and the bed is also quite comfortable, which makes it quite easy to have a long, decent sleep. I will definitely book a room in the Landmark again next time I will be in Baku.

Wonderful. Great facilities. Gym is the equivalent of a private gym. Very welcoming staff.

Hotel is very horrible. Reception is on i think 12th floor. It is like sleeping hotel. I just 3 to 4 guests there. Rooms floor were scary. No doubt room is beautiful but if its scary then you cant sleep there. I will not prefer this hotel. I have booked for 3 nights but i changed this hotel after 1 night.

Vietimme pidennetyn viikonlopun Bakussa ja hotelli valikoitui ensisijaisesti sijainnin takia. Yövyimme juniorsviitissä ja odotin kuvien perusteella ammetta ikkunan edessä, mutta sellaista ei meidän huoneessamme ollu, vaan amme oli ihan normaalisti kylpyhuoneen ovien takana, mikä oli pienoinen pettymys. Kylpyhuone oli kuitenkin hyvin varusteltu ja isossa ammeessa oli mukava lillua päivän päätteeksi, kun oli kulkenut ympäri Bakun katuja. Hotellissa oli vieraille myös lounge, josta sai ilmaiseksi kahvia ja virvokkeita (mukaan lukien alkoholijuomia), mikä oli ihan mukava lisä hotellin palveluihin. Hotellin ravintoloita emme ehtineet testaamaan, kun kokeilimme kaupungin muita ravintoloita. Samoin hotellin uima-allas, kuntosali ja sauna jäi tällä reissulla testaamatta, mutta nämä kyllä vaikuttivat hyvältä. Sijainti oli erinomainen ja esim. rantabulevardi, vanha kaupunki ja ostoskeskukset olivat kävelymatkan päässä. Bakussa riitti sopivasti nähtävää pidennettyyn viikonloppuun ja vierailisin siellä mielelläni toistekin. Hintataso on suomalaisittain edullinen ja paikallinen ruoka on hyvää ja ihmiset ystävällisiä, joten voin suositella Bakua kaupunkilomakohteeksi. Seuraavalla kerralla olisi mukava tehdä retki maaseudulle ja vuorille, mutta niihin visiitti oli tällä kertaa hieman liian lyhyt.

Большой плюс, это просторные номера. В номере чайник, что тоже плюс. Матрас для меня был немного жестким, но порадовало наличие сразу двух видов подушек, особенно понравились мягкие перьевые. Сервис был отличным везде, уборка номера тоже на отлично. На 19 этаже только для гостей отеля лаунж для взрослых с бесплатными напитками. Есть кофе, чай, пиво, вино. По просьбе дают орешки. Здесь тихо и приятно. При выезде предлагают вызвать такси до аэропорта. Есть эконом такси за 13 манат , есть бизнес авто чуть подороже. В отеле много ресторанов, рядом тоже. Супермаркет с большим выбором через дорогу от отеля. Рекомендую.

Ein sehr gutes Hotel in guter Lage.

First of all the hotel has a couple of floors in a building which I found awkward, the reception is on the 19th floor, receptionist was not so friendly plus I took a junior suit with allowed me to have access to the executive floor which provides some cheap alcohol and some dry small sandwiches. The room the Ac worked very poorly but was cleaned on daily basis. Breakfast was very limited

Beautiful rooms with super corteous staff. Amazimg view. Minimalist decoration is gorgeous. Would definitely come back!

it's alright. it has some services but smoking is dedicated in one place only which is in an open area .. it's cold at night to smoke and set there althu they are providing blanket. another thing, I paid them once I arrived in euro and dollars ... after few days when I was checking out .. they said currency rate for euro changed, you have to pay us the difference. This is so bad. it's not my problem if you ask me to pay now €100 and I receive my payment bill, then after 4 or 5 days you're asking me to pay the difference of the €100 which is ALREADY paid in advance. and the excuse is .. rate has changed in the internet in these 4 days .. DUH !! I already paid dude !! it's not like I buy stuff one day and next day the owner of the store calls me and ask me to come and pay the current day difference ... that's stealing. I dont recommend it, if they do this again to anyone. Althu some of the employees were nice and helpful.
