The property wasn’t clean at all. It was so hard to find. However, the staff was great!

The building is in a new neighborhood and the street leading to it is not asphalted and difficult to access. There is no room service even if you need water, but there is a delivery service from a nearby supermarket, and strangely enough, there is one small towel in each bathroom and the receptionist refused to provide more towels. The kitchen was complete in terms of appliances, but there was a shortage of kitchen utensils, and I found some of the utensils were unclean and had traces of cooking oils, and because there are buildings under construction, you hear annoying sounds, especially at dawn, the bedrooms are somewhat ok, and the disturbing thing is that there is no phone in the apartment. I mean, if you need something from the reception, you must call them on the mobile or you go down to ground floor. With all this said, the apartments in general are not bad compared to the price, and I recommend them for a long stay only, on the condition that the price is suitable that's for several reasons: The location is average between all areas and the traffic is little Provides services in the area such as supermarkets The apartments are spacious and newly built I expect that after the asphalt of the streets is completed, my evaluation will be better.

This place is a very good price but it needs some basic improvements to make it far better. The apartment has a fantastic comfort level, however the kitchen has hardly any cutlery, crockery or cooking utensils. It was practically impossible to use the kitchen as they supplied next to nothing to use. I feel if they can address this, it will go a long way to making the stay so much better. The furniture and friendliness from the staff was excellent.

The stay was so good but it wasn’t easy to find the location since there is no proper road for entrance

Nice Place \ Neat Clean

landed at 20:35 and cleared passport control.no sign of agreed pick up so contacted hotel via the airport information desk. we were told firstly they dont have us on there list to pick up.hotel reception advised to look at the email from expedia and it clearly show my arrival and departure flight info aswell as requesting pick up and drop off.advised by hotel that they will be there in 20 mins. hotel contacted again 30 mins later said another 20 mins. then the airport information desk recieved a call from the hotel 5 mins later telling us to get our own cab. hotel contaced but nobody picking up.so with 3 small kids i had to make other arangments never again.....airport information desk did not look surprised when i told them the hotel name but did not comment
