Good experience

I will not recommend any business people to stay in this hotel, because there is no proper desk to do work..and there was an incident with my case that which I booked my hotel as pay at property and I requested the receiption staff to issue the invoices per my demand...but one of the staff was not familiar with the work and trying to convince me there was no invoice issue at property and invoice should be claimed from Hotel.com..and with the local people's assistance, I still spent 30mins approx. to get my invoice...a bit disappointed with the efficiency... Other than those, the hotel is located in a good area of Banani. Good restaurants and Cafe nearby, very convenient for solo or dual travelers.

Staff members were most impressed, professional and courteous. I am beyond excited for the service they provided. Each and everyone was always ready to help and support. I hope this will be my next home…thank you for your service

There was no handwash in the bathroom. I booked and paid for a transfer directly with the hotel, the lady on reception did not even return my change. Asked at reception for a bottle of water, they said they'd send it to the room. I had to call a further 3 times to chase the water & finally it arrived 2 hours later. Absolutely disappointing service from this hotel.

It’s okay to stay but need to improve front desk service

Amazing service and the location is great. So many shoes and restaurants around this hotel. The street where the hotel is located is quiet. The staff was amazing helpful and the service was one of the best I experience. Will for sure come back.

It was my first time stayed in that hotel. Location in close to everything on Gulshan and Bonani, ride to Airport is 30 to 45 minutes depends on traffic. Service was five stars and every person who work there whom I have some kind of interaction was outstanding.

One of the most important things to me when I stay at a hotel is the staff. Each staff member who I interacted with was so kind, polite, respectful, and personable. I stayed for over a week in the hotel, and each day felt like I was with people I had known all my life. I absolutely loved visiting with the staff, and I truly miss them very much after leaving the country. Regarding the hotel, it was very nice, comfortable, and in the perfect location. I enjoyed going for short walks, and whenever I went site seeing, the staff were wonderful with providing suggestions and recommendations. The restaurant was fantastic! The traditional foods were so delicious, and the service was the best. The only issue I had was the bathroom in my room. It had a musty scent to it, like there had been a past leak. I did not complain about it because it was a minor issue, and it did not affect the actual room in any way. All other aspects of the hotel were absolutely amazing, and I would recommend Hotel Omni Residency to anyone looking for a wonderful hotel, an amazing staff, and delicious meal options. This is why I am giving a 5 star rating, because my overall experience was wonderful. To all the management and staff of Hotel Omni Residency, thank you so much for taking such good care of me!

I stayed at this hotel twice now. The staff are friendly and personable. The place is also clean. Good option. I would recommend the manager to air out their rooms regularly. Strong chemical smell. But, once we left the balcony open for half an hour, smooth sailing!

Horrible experience.

The stay was comfortable and the staff where very friendly. I wanted to get a hair cut and they were kind enough to escort me to a near by place and ensured that my need was met. One area for improvement is to increase the vegetarian options available on the menu :) !

The restaurant staff could have been more attentive with the service

It is a new hotel, which is neat and equipped with the necessary amenities. The staff are professional and helpful. The food tastes good and breakfast variety is great. However, they should improve the room service delivery time. We ordered dinner for two and it took them one and a half hours. We came from a long journey, tired and hungry so the incident ruined our stay even if the other aspects were good. one and a half hours hours
