The best hotel in Dhaka! Lovely rooms, excellent rooftop pool and fabulous staff. The outdoor restaurant on the top floor is excellent. The best steak dinner I’ve ever had. A fantastic and perfect hotel.

This was the second time I stayed at the Raintree. The price is comparable to others in the area, with large rooms reasonably priced. There’s a lively coffee shop in the lobby and the hotel staff are wonderful. Twice they arranged for an airport transfer in the middle of the night. Also, one of the main reasons I chose to stay here a second time was the outstanding breakfast buffet that included many options for vegetarians. The room, bathroom, sheets and towels were all very clean and I really like having the hotel-provided slippers and a robe.

This hotel has a wide variety of food available from the restaurant. Even though it is just minutes from the center of Gulshan it was surprising quite and had a very intimate feel to it. It was easy to forget I was staying in the middle of a major city. I would recommend it to all.

I stayed at the property for 4 days and was overall a good stay. The staff are well trained and they serve good food. Rooms are spacious and clean, the only drawback is the entry to the hotel. It's right on the road and they don't have any drive way or parking.

The food was good but service was slow and presentation was not great. Front desk staff and other service persons were all wonderful. Rooftop pool is nice, gym has good equipment but too tiny. Internet REALLY sucked - deal with this now. I should not have to keep switching from network to network to get a good connection. I recommend getting an espresso machine, or at least real coffee for breakfast. My first room was too damp so I had to change rooms. Second room was better, but still damp - watch out for humidity in the rooms!

The hotel is in good location and the supporting staffs are good. only thing that went negative was that I reached hotel around 10 AM and they charged me $50 extra for early check out inspite of having free room. This was my 1st visit to this hotel and the were aware of my arrival time.

The bellboy is very friendly and helpful. He took the initiative to help me book Uber when i have problem with my booking. The only disappointment i have is the hotel didn't allow any late check out though i stayed there for 4 nights and my friends got late check-out at 1pm and 2pm! Wifi is not consistent and sometimes is quite slow.

I stayed at the property for 4 days and was overall a good stay. The staff are well trained and they serve good food. Rooms are spacious and clean, the only drawback is the entry to the hotel. It's right on the road and they don't have any drive way or parking.

The food was good but service was slow and presentation was not great. Front desk staff and other service persons were all wonderful. Rooftop pool is nice, gym has good equipment but too tiny. Internet REALLY sucked - deal with this now. I should not have to keep switching from network to network to get a good connection. I recommend getting an espresso machine, or at least real coffee for breakfast. My first room was too damp so I had to change rooms. Second room was better, but still damp - watch out for humidity in the rooms!

The hotel is in good location and the supporting staffs are good. only thing that went negative was that I reached hotel around 10 AM and they charged me $50 extra for early check out inspite of having free room. This was my 1st visit to this hotel and the were aware of my arrival time.

The bellboy is very friendly and helpful. He took the initiative to help me book Uber when i have problem with my booking. The only disappointment i have is the hotel didn't allow any late check out though i stayed there for 4 nights and my friends got late check-out at 1pm and 2pm! Wifi is not consistent and sometimes is quite slow.
