All Seasons Resort - Europa

We really enjoyed our week here. The staff were all very personable and helpful. We also loved having the kitchen option. Food on the island is quite expensive so it was great to be able to cook a few meals at home and save some money. The Massy supermarket it just up the street and there are lots of touristy shops within walking distance, as well as some very nice restaurants and the beach. The pool was clean and there were plenty of lounge chairs. We thought it closed a bit early at 6 PM but it’s actually quite cool once the sun sets, plus there is no life guard on duty. It’s in a quiet, residential area and we enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle party atmosphere of the south shore. Would definitely stay here again. My only recommendation would be to check some of the cooking pans (some are quite old and food sticks), and have at least a small broom in the room the be able to sweep out the room between the cleanings every other day. Having a French press on hand for coffee would be ideal too. Rooms: Rooms are large, tiled floors, and have basic furniture like end tables and a desk. There’s space to eat. The kitchen and cooking space is a bit small but manageable. Nearby activities: Walking distance - ATMs, coffee shops, supermarkets, high end mall (Lime Grove), mid- to upscale restaurants, the beach and boardwalk, swimming pools. Safety: We felt very safe here. We walked around the neighborhood at night in small groups and the hotel itself seemed safe too.

Loved it

For the price and location it can’t be beat. 1960s look and feel with a friendly staff at every interaction. Excellent Indian restaurant. If looking for an affordable, West coast, option, this is a winner. “deluxe” rooms are refurbished with excellent showers. The things that let it down? No ac apart from the bedroom. The rooms can get quite muggy even with a ceiling fan. It’s a bit tired and basic but clean with a well stocked kitchen but not with food (ie no coffee, tea) but there is a new kettle, teapot, etc. Bar and restaurant close on a Monday - completely. Nothing available at all that day. Don’t begrudge people day off but surely the reception staff can have a fridge with soft drinks or water to purchase? Excellent Italian coffee within walking distance. Opens daily at 7:30. Top notch Massy supermarket a short drive away carries a huge variety of Waitrose products amongst other UK and US brands. Large queues at the deli counter in the morning with local Bajans getting their cooked lunch for later in the day. Casual Just Grillin a short distance away for a delicious, casual, meal.

Everything was good other than the internet connection.

The room was clean and spacious. The check in process went smoothly. Great place to staff. Parking right infront of the room was convenient.

The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. Pool is the perfect temperature. Staff was lovely and welcoming.

This resort needs faster internet for basic browsing, calls etc. Check in personnel was very rude, poor communication and had a very obnoxious attitude and behaviour. We didn’t feel welcomed upon checking in. We had booked three rooms and two of three had smelly bathrooms. Our group was also not allowed in the pool after 6pm however we observed that the fair skinned people were able to utilize same. A woman who seemed to be the resort manager was very kind, pleasant and always ask how we were doing. Overall experience was 5/10.

The staff was so helpful with any questions I had and very pleasant! I really enjoyed the breakfast as well it was always good and on point!

Very kind service and a nice space if you have little ones that are running around.

quiet oasis in holetown, if ultra luxury is not your requirement then this is a great choice, though the ac only serves the bedroom so the living and kitchen areas are like a furnace...

Great staff friendly and professional. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Private as well. Restaurant food is expensive but is very tasty and you have a nice view of the pool.

Quiet great for a family

The standard rooms you could drive right up to your unit which was very convenient. But the bathroom had smells from previous occupant and the kitchen as well. We had to sanitize it further.
